please excuse the belated reply. In my enthusiasm after re-establishing our zone of influence, I apparently contacted you way too early. That was, as it seems now, a fault I am taking full responsibility for.
Miss Mercante, my hopes for a warm welcome after years of quiet communications were put a little high, please accept my apology. I did not expect the great Nation of Malta to have changed that much.
For years, I have been in a very close contact with Administrator Jameson, your Predecessor I believe. You may notice that I am yet not sure about the exact happenings within the Nation over the last years. It is quite difficult to get myself up-to-date as the records seem to have disappeared.
Many years I have called Malta home. To get there, we had to work hard for an even longer amount of time. As you may know, Administrator Jameson wasn't the likeliest person to call a business partner. But in the end, as he saw the full picture of the INDs nature, he saw the great opportunities that comes with dealing with the Independent Neuralnet Division. We deliver everything, everywhere, at any given time. Our network of tradeships and liners allows us to act fast and with a degree of precision and discretion you won't find anywhere within Sirius. We are the key to Sirius, we make things happen. We don't ask questions, we don't play games.
Of course this will be a tough situation to for us, starting from the scratch if you will, but we are willing to work hard on reconstructing the relationship we had before.
Naturally that is up to you, Miss Mercante and I am laying the future of the IND within Maltese space in your hands. For you reckon the undeniable value of a friendship the IND is willing to offer or not.
Naturally I am awaiting a positive answer here, but I will keep that up to you and those in charge I have yet to meet.
Respectfully yours,
Peter Hansen

INITIALIZING MESSAGE
I can understand your disappointment, signor, and share it to some extend.
First of all, I would like to thank you for replying. I didn't expect you to, to be honest, though I like being proven wrong at times. Indeed, Malta 'as shifted from a traditional stance of covert contempt to openness about its intentions. We no longer 'ide be'ind the facade of isolationism and instead move towards becoming the legitimate representative force that we are for the 'Ispanic people. That, 'owever, includes a certain degree of cautiousness when it comes to those who approach us, though, since you sure know there are those wishing to undo us. In that sense, I'd apologize for the per'aps rough initial contact, but 'ow would you react if an organization that was believed to be dead suddenly contacted your superiours and asked for a business partnership — on a compromised comm frequency, no less. Naturally, it rang a few alarm bells, and that is why I interceded, signor. I am the one looking at everybody's hands to see if they're 'iding something, and yours seemed rather covered.
To say one thing from the start: If your intentions are pure, congratulations, you 'ave nothing to fear. Still, I would be doing a rather poor job if I didn't consult a second entity for an opinion in order to ascertain whether to point my thumb up or downwards in your case. The inquiry revealed some rather dis'eartening results, but I would love to 'ear you make a statement about them as well, since there are always two sides of the same coin, right? I would very much like you to explain just 'ow you come to ferry artifacts, signor. To my knowledge, this constitutes actively supporting the Cretin economy, and we cannot 'ave that.
We shall continue when I 'ave a bit more to work with from you. A good day to you, signor.
please let me express my gratitude for the chance to speak to you. I think that within a small frame of possible events, your reaction to question the INDs intention was absolute correct. Yet the fact that your people had to wander the valley of darkness affects me in a personal way. The wellbeing of the Maltese Nation and their people is not only a concern of the IND but also in my personal interest.
But let us talk about the video feed you attached before things get too emotional.
First off, I would like to point out that this event apparently took place two years ago. I am seeing this footage for the first time and I am of course in a deep concern about the recorded happenings. Yet however, we both have to take into account that the shown content first off is claimed to be a commercial. As it wasn't engineered by the IND, I can assure you that it wasn't created by a friend of the IND, either. Therefore I can only assume that, as the events took place in Liberty sovereign territory it is most likely to be an engineered work of the Lane Hackers. And as commercials are often engineered artificial masterpieces, I would rather question the truth of the video. The fact alone that the video did not create an outbreak of anger and resulted in political and economical consequences and sanctions which would be very appropriate in this case, speaks for itself.
The IND is of course aware of your people's close relationship with the organization that is threatening our endeavor and the lives of many hard working men and women ever since. So in the end I am not surprised that I get to see a video like this when in negotiation with the officials of Malta.
Yet the people you are doing your business with is none of my concerns. And I would like you to understand the IND in the same manner.
You can not expect a corporation that is offering to lay the entire system of Sirius to your feet to communicate on how that would be possible.
You either take it or leave it, Miss Mercante. Believe me it hurts my feelings to be that strict in this matter but I think you will understand.

we've been waiting for a reply for quite a while now.
We understand this silence as denial of our request to bring the relationship between the Nation of Malta and the Independent Neural-Net Division back to life.
This is a sad day, especially for me and my employees who worked hard to create the binding between our Parties which have now been cut in the time of a week.
The contract proposal is null and void.
Have a good day.
