I'm going to make this quick and as you may know I am not very happy how this turned out. I am Director Saguma head of OSC Security. So lets get this straight I have a report regarding a bloody warship assaulting our liners over a small handful of supposed artifacts..you see we are running a business and as you may know technology is advancing everyday so catching every bit of illegal cargo is almost impossible. There are policy's in place for these situations and how to handle them which our liner captains and our security officer where doing exactly. If you had allowed for a proper search on the local BPA in Poole we wouldn't be having this conversation today now would we. As for fleeing from your vessels our officer felt the situation was beginning to get hostile so he acted only to be fronted by one of your head honcho warships blocking the Poole jump hole. So let me get this straight your going to use one of your elite warships against basically unarmed civilian class liners to stop us from doing things properly. Also know I am letting the Zoner's in 49 know about this. I hope we don't see you again but if we do try keeping your blaster holstered.
Signed, Kiko Saguma

"To answer your concerns over the Army's actions in the Protectorate of Omega-49, the Bretonian Police Agency is considered by the People's Republic as both illegal and hostile organization. They are not considered a lawful entity that we would consider allowing to take on the duty of local policing and the seizure of contraband. While you may see them as a 'lawful' entity the State Duma and the People's Republic does not, which rules them out in this investigation as a helpful party.
As for your vessel fleeing the scene, your personnel were informed that they still had contraband onboard their vessel yet they still attempted to evade our officers. You must understand the shipping and selling of these artifacts is dangerous, not only do the sales of these 'trinkets' supply the Corsair Empire with credits to fuel their war machine against the good people of Sirius but some artifacts themselves may be dangerous and active. These are horrifying thoughts to any sane being in the Sirius Systems as you must understand and the spread of these artifacts must be halted on the spot.
As for contacting the Zoners, you are free to do so as is your right, however we will continue our duty in protecting the Omega-49 Protectorate from hostile influences and ensure the Zoner's continue to live in peace without the threat of increased Corsair influence upon their lives. We do not wish any harm towards your corporation, we just wish this contraband problem to cease and desist."

I understand your concern I have personally had issues with these artifacts you speak of, one of our liners turned into a warzone. Since then procedures have been put in place to handle them. My Officer was doing what he was trained to do to keep our clients and employees safe. I do hope this can be resolved, as you can see our scanners are having difficult times keeping up with the new ways smugglers are moving there products. As of now OSC will be halting flights from Crete until our investigation is over, it also seems your scanner technology is more advanced. I'm sure we might be interested in purchasing them if there available to help fight these smugglers. All in all things could have been dealt with better, possibly killing thousands of innocent lives over a hand full of artifacts cannot of been your only option could it of?

"It is good to know that Orbital Spa & Cruise is doing what it can to investigate the actions of these smugglers, cracking down on these individuals will hopefully either reduce or eliminate these incidents all-together. The Premier apologizes if the actions of the officers of the Revolutionary Army has frightened your personnel and the passengers onboard your Liner and hopes that this will not happen in the future.
As for our Scanner Technology, the People's Republic is always working to improve it's capacity to detect contraband amongst other things, the RECON Scanner is one such innovation that is utilized onboard our Capital Fleet. While the RECON Scanner is restricted to the Revolutionary Army at this time perhaps the Mykolaiv Research & Development Department could be called upon to create a 'Police' version of the RECON scanner for those seeking to expunge smugglers and their ilk from legal entities and ensure that all shipments are hauling legal commodities.
Once again we apologize if this incident has rattled your people and their clients, the People's Republic is not in the business of harming or terrorizing civilians merely seeking an escape from their daily lives struggles and worries. "

"The Premier is usually not too busy due to the hard work of the State Duma and his support staff. He is free to meet with representatives of Orbital Spa & Cruise at any time except on the Holidays. We hope this matter is resolved soon in a manner that will satisfy both Orbital Spa & Cruise and the People's Republic. "

Good day to The Office of The Premier. It seems the holidays have taken the time for my staff and I. I am reaching to you today to push forward our meeting in handling any and all future encounters with your Republic. I myself personally am very interested in the "Police" Recon Scanner you mentioned before, is it possible for someone from your Mykolaiv Research & Development Department to come as well to discuss things? I hope all is well for you and The Republic.

"The Premier is glad to have a meeting with your representatives on a neutral ground such as Planet Gran Canaria. Unfortunately the MR&DD are unable to send their own representative due to a large work-load the good people of Mykolaiv are experiencing at this time. There is a war on after-all. Nevertheless the Premier would like to set up a meeting with your representatives if possible next Friday on Gran Canaria."
