Looking for a transmission bar

Okay, so what I am looking for is something like an updated version of my previous transmission bar. This can look similar to the old one or you can make something completely different with a similar red theme. I would prefer if there is no location or encryption level on it. Just XA-Herald and incoming transmission with the logo on it (if possible).

I am willing to pay up to 250m or just over it if I have to.
