Character issue

I recently had a character restored by St.Denis (Thankyou) to replace one i deleted with credits on by mistake, i know that when a character is new you can't use /givecash straight away but i can't use /givecash on any other character to give this restored character any credits either, just get a message back saying that the character does not exist

Question:

Can an admin please transfer those credits (Maybe to my BPA) tagged ship) and i'll just delete the character in question?
Or,
See what's wrong, if anything, with the char/ship stopping me from sending/receiving credits
Or,
Tell me "Life as you know it isn't real! you're in the matrix"

EDIT: Sorted it! got someone to meet me in conn and transferred the credits that way, cheers anyway!
