Solomon Gentry here, acting head of the Confederation. You know of what has transpired in Delta, and the atrocities committed once again over two foolish Zoner pilots.

We are here though to request aid. In 3 days time, Zoner forces from around Sirius will be gathering in the Kappa system to mount a counter attack if the Core continue their acts of aggression towards us. We are not going to allow bullies to push us around any longer.

But we are also realistic. Zoners are not a military, nor are we equipped to single-handedly fight the Core. We need allies.

Our past has been muddled with conflict yes, but over recent times we have come to many agreements that see Corsairs and Zoners acting civil in their encounters. We hope that a deal may be struck.

In exchange for your assistance, we offer our engineers and workers to assist in the construction efforts of "Puerto del Sol", the station under construction currently in Omicron Gamma. With our knowledge of station construction, as well as our Colony ships, we believe we will be of benefit in speeding up the construction efforts. We can also ensure that the enemies of the Corsair empire do not utilize the Zoner stations in the Theta and Omega 41 systems, should we encounter any docking there and acting in hostilities against the Empire. Lastly, with advances in our R&D divisions, we can see about providing the Corsairs valuable information concerning new technology.

Keep in mind, such a deal must be kept private concerning what is being traded, as many Zoners still do not forget the conflicts of old, and there have been reports of Corsair pilots still engaging in piracy against Zoners. But desperate time call for desperate measures, and we need all the allies we can muster.

We are very much aware of the situation in Delta, one of our scouting parties was there when the bomb went off.
Sufice to say, we were expecting your call.

Granted, we had some differences in the past, but those times are long gone.
What matters now is that we ensure safety of our people, especially now since those pendejos are throwing bombs at civilians.

Your proposal about the Puerto del Sol upgrade is certainly interesting, we will have to discuss that in more details, after we are done with Core.
We have many enemies in the Omicrons and Omegas who think they are strong enough to face our Empire. The Corsairs cannot allow such toxic vermin to prepare and execute a organized attack from Omicron Theta/Omega 41 right into our homeworld.

Council of Elders approved sending available forces to Omicron Kappa where we will coordinate with you, SCRA and others against the Core menace.
Because of the complexity of the situation and your pressence there in Delta, we are asking for all information that you have reagarding the matter.

As any who knows The Brotherhood would expect, we have honored our part of the agreement - to defend harmless Zoners from the unwarranted aggression of the group that calls themselves "The Core".

We are not particularly interested in any "new technology" as Mr. Solomon Gentry kindly offered, so do not trouble yourselves in deciding what to offer us. Our gifted engineers are all we need in that department.

However, we still await your confirmation that you will assign personnel to work in benefit of our orbital space station, Puerto del Sol. That, and the guarantee that you will not allow our enemies to use your installations in Omicron Theta and Omega-41, are all the payment that we have patiently waited from you, as mentioned in the recent... "deal". This is what our beloved sister Kasandra Madena referred to.

The Elders do not expect you to bar out every Bounty Hunter, Headhunter, or Red Hessian from landing, but we do expect you to close your doors to any enemies that we identify as having fled from our forces during an engagement.
