Bonjour, estimé Council.
It's been some time since our last direct communication, due to our operations undergoing a slight restructuring as our organization becomes less overt in the Kingdom's territory, and for that I offer my apologies. However, allow me to get straight to the point; We have intel available that we believe may prove to be most profitable to all parties involved.
But first, a brief explanation.
Two weeks ago, one of our Courier freighters and it's escort left Monaco base in the Provence system on a routine shipping operation. Their flight-plan was listed as moderate-risk, traversing Royalist patrol routes on their way to the Core worlds. Unfortunately for their timing, a Royal Police fighter wing appeared on scanners as they passed the first expected patrol path and they were forced to evade before their location could be pinpointed.
During this detour, their sensors detected a gravitational anomaly and they went to investigate.
As it just so happens, the pair had stumbled upon an uncharted, albeit at the time unstable, Jumphole. A similar unstable anomaly previously occupied the area not far from their location until it's collapse last year, and they assumed it to be the same one at the time. So they marked it as a location of interest, dismissing it to resume their flightpath.
This is where things get interesting, of course. A few days later, one of our science teams went to investigate the anomaly. And some time between this investigation team and the freight wing's visit, the anomaly had stabilized into a usable jump-point, so they ran a few initial scans before conducting an active Jump test.
One fighter proceeded to make the jump, passing to the other side successfully, reporting back moments later that it was safe to proceed and the rest of the investigation team went through. It wasn't long before they discovered their arrival co-ordinates were already occupied, but more interesting was their new location and the remoteness of it.
And so we come to the end of our tale, and on to the point of this transmission:
The Unione Corse wish to offer the following intel to The Council: the precise coordinates to the unguarded Jumphole Connection between the systems of Provence, Gallia, and the Tau-44 Edgeworld system.
Tau-44 itself currently remains occupied territory for the Gallic Royal Navy, but at present our initial scout wings have not found any active patrol-paths near the Jumphole coordinates, and so we hope this intel will provide a useful corridor of access for your organization.
Take some time to consider this, s'il vous plaît. While I cannot say how useful this may prove, I am sure you will be able to value such information appropriately. In the mean time, I shall bid you adieu.

Bonsoir Commandant Maxim,
The Council High Command has reviewed your offer et found it acceptable, however we still wonder what would be in this deal for you, in exchange for the information you would provide. Our organisations have mostly been in a business partnership in the past, I don't expect it to be different this time either. What would be the price of this intel?
Oh et before I forget, do you have, by any chance, some visual footage regarding this freshly charted jumphole anomaly? The Council would appreciate such quite greatly, Commander.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
Bonsoir Général, a pleasure to hear of your interest in this matter.
Regarding your concerns, our organization fully intends to continue making use of this back-door ourselves, primarily due to it's proximity to Marseille and it's more remote location. Naturally it also avoids Outcast forces, in comparison to the Lorraine exit, making it easier for our transport wing to reach Sirian markets.
The issue falls more on a security standpoint. While keeping such knowledge to ourselves limits potential discovery, it would be easier to ensure those that would support the Crown who do stumble upon the jumphole never make it back to report it. Sharing both the Jumphole and it's protection should aid in this matter; After all, strangling a man is easier with deux hands instead of un.
As for cost, in addition to the intel itself we would be willing to open Monaco's Bastia Extension as a means of resupply to your organization. Provence's position in the border systems of Gallia, and it's remoteness, has kept security on the Royals' side of things light, but as they say throwing caution to the wind is never wise, so that would need to be coordinated via unmarked freighters.
If this is agreeable,310,000,000credits to the [UC]-Un.Autre.Cheque would sufficiently cover patrol-wing armaments and Monaco's resupply warehouses in exchange for the information, although that excludes the discount I'm throwing in. I've attached an excerpt from the full intel Datalog file with this transmission to whet your appetites in the mean time.
We look forward to hearing back from you.

Bonsoir Commandant Maxim,
I am glad to tell The Council High Command has decided to accept your offer. The first half of the payment has been wired to the specified account, the other half will be sent once the coordinates of the gateway on each side in both systems are in our possession. Visual evidence of the transaction is attached to this transmission.
You can be sure that once we have the location, the gateway will be under our complete control, free of the Crown's influence, et of course the Corse retaining unrestricted passage through it both ways.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
We are pleased to confirm your transaction has been received.
The Jumphole Coordinates have been enclosed with this transmission, including the datalog recording of the UCN-Livreur on it's reconnaissance flight. We'll be certain to have the Bastia facilities begin preparations for supply transfer as required following the secondary transaction. In the mean time, security patrols will be updated with regards to the situation and instructed to coordinate appropriately.
