Game crashes when entering characters

Hi, my game is crashing each time I try to enter a character. It is perfectly installed and it started to happen suddently (today ? since implementation of the new system ?) Server has problem ? I was able to connect just one time this afternoon, but there was a lot of lag. Anyone experiencing that ? Thank you all!

I've been experiencing lag issues as well since the new system >< everything else on my net works fine but I'll get a ton of Lagg now when I play

Ok. The new system has been deactivated but I still cannot play ^^ I hope my characters are not corrupted.

i've been getting a lot of lag recently, massive packet loss and ping spiked by another 50 ms. Game is stuck in the loading screen mostly and crashes or takes like 5mins to load also random fps drops (drops down to 15fps sometimes ((i'm having a gtx 1070)) )
