"It has been some time since we have been in touch with one another. Last we heard our detachment sent to join the Blood Dragons for the fight on Tomioka is still present and fighting alongside Blood Dragon forces planetside. The Coalition feels it should add more to the conflict in terms of space-superiority combat operations in the region to ensure a Blood Dragon victory. However the High Command is hesitant to move without accurate information on the state of the Kusari Civil War, therefore it is prudent to ask the only authority of Kusari that we recognize [ IE: The Blood Dragon Shogunate ] on a status of the war and where the Coalition's Expeditionary Forces could be of aid aside from the current forces planetside committed to the cause and the shipments of arms that continues to come from our nation.
We await your reply and hope that any future operations, against either the Ronin encroaching from the west or the failed 'Republic' you fight at this time, are fruitful and bring the Shogunate one step closer to the final victory."

Premier,
I am Natsumi Hideyoshi, Shogun of the Blood Dragons. Your troops have been invaluable in securing our landing zone and ensuring our troops can set up unscathed.
But. While I am in need of assistance, it is not in space superiority. Your troops have arrived in a few..."Storm" Class gunboats, which have acted as excellent gunship platforms and dropships for combat operations around our Landing Zone. Seeing how effective they are in this theatre, myself and many of my top advisors have devised a series of...plans that require a certain type of...
She searches for the word.
Insanity.
How many more Storms can be dispatched? Our Hachimans are not effective as ground support platorms, and the Order's Hathors, while excellent strike craft, lack the dropship capabilities we have seen with Storm gunboats. As such, if we can utilize their natural ability as heavily armed dropships and our troops and vehicles, our plan to gain ground on Tomioka could work much more effectively.
I can discuss with your field commanders our plans if you wish to know what we are getting your men into.
Until then, Premier. Your help in taking Nagano shall not be forgotten. The Dragons shall have a new home, and a new staging point to restore the dynasty that was torn from us by Samura.

"Privyet Shogun Hideyoshi, it is good to hear that the Marines we sent to Tomioka are being put to good use. The Storm-Class Gunboat has been one of our finest assets for many years, constantly being upgraded and refitted to meet whatever needs the Coalition has. Their use as armoured transports on Tomioka would be an good use of their capabilities in the field of battle considering their agile frame, generous cargo hold and heavy armaments.
While we are preparing for our own battles against the Corsairs and Houses I believe that we can spare 3 Storm-Class Gunboats for the Tomioka operation, we unfortunately cannot spare more than that due to a major operation in the Omegas being in the works that requires a majority of our capital fleet. The Marines on the field of battle would benefit from having an organized battle-plan, a discussion with Captain Xhao Li on your plan would likely be of aid in your endeavour. Be advised the good Captain tends to be very waspish at times and has a low tolorence for 'sugar-coating' I believe most Sirians say so it is best to be blunt and direct to the point with the Captain."

Premier,
They will be enough. I can work with only three.
I thank you, Premier. The help the Coalition has provided will not be forgotten. If the Dragons can assist you in a future endeavor, we shall strive to do our best.
As for your information on Captain Li...in matters of war, it is best to be direct. Especially when one is choosing plans that question sanity.

"Privyet, we would like to inform the Shogunate of a suspicious Samura contractor that was found in Omega-49, it claimed to be headed to Malta however it's course would have taken it to the Kiev (Cayman) System which would have led to the heart of Corsair Territory. We naturally turned the vessel around, however we thought it would be best to inform you of this suspicious activity by Samura.
We have included the logs of the encounter along with this message."

Office of the Premier, and our friends of the Coalition,
While the denizens of Malta are...tolerated by the Shogunate, as a...favor to the Chrysanthemums...damn women using their sexuality but...if he was on course to Corsair space, that could prove...interesting.
Please keep an eye out for further Samuran transports heading in that direction. Who knows...maybe we can't find a way to make them pay diplomatically before we regain what they stole.

"The Revolutionary Army will be apprised to keep an eye out for samura transports entering or leaving our theater of war. It may perhaps be nothing, but we will not take that risk. Any Samura vessel will be halted and questioned while in/near Corsair-contested space and their cargo holds scanned for anything that could support the Corsair Empire or be exported from their territories.
If this corporation is supporting these Cretan pirates than it must be addressed for the good of all. "
