Epo is the NPC overlord. In this video, where I show a bug that somehow duplicated NPCs and players that were in Omicron Delta the moment I used the jump hole to Kyushu, you can see NPCs AND the player model of Epo in Kyushu while he was in the deeper omicrons. So he was basically an NPC actually.
