Timberlood, and Skynods (Duos.Everto)

The year was 816, way across the universe in a sector named, Sirius. In Sirius, was a system called, the Omicron Alpha system, owned by the Outcast. In this system, was a planet named Malta, which was the Capital of the outcasts. On the planet, in an old abandoned cardamine mine, were three people. A tall man named, Palvino Malvrick, who had the most money of the three. The second was a hunched back slaver named, Vergilos Gomdoonus, who delivered slaves from planet houston, for a bit of cardamine. The third was a Professor, Artemis Kentux, who used to be an ex nomadic professor located in alaska for expirements, now he was a neurologist. Located behind them were two ships, an outcast destroyer, and a heavy tanker belonging to Vergilos. After 6 years, and a bit of luck, the three believed they had come to a neurological breakthrough. After 6 years of testing on animals, ans finding certain, artifacts, they believed they were going to be able to place a human brain inside there selected ship, the outcast destroyer. Inside the destroyer were all the things needed for this transformation. All they needed now, was a man.

"I'll get yer man, Malvrick... I think we shode selected a libertan... perhaps a police officer?" Explained Vergilos.

"Per-per-per-perhaps....... I-i-i-i'm no-t-t-t- exactly sure what the diffrence w....wo...would be, but g-g-go ahead," Stuttered Palvino.

"Well Palvino, a police officers brain would not have any cardamine effects, making it a much more stable subject, I say, yes, go get us a police officer from liberty..." explained Artemis.

"Aye!" yelled Vergilos.

Vergilos went and jumped in his heavy tanker, and took off.


"Drop your counterfit softwear sir!" Yelled captain Victor Skynods into his transmitter.

Captain Victor Skynods was a liberty police officer, put incharge of stopping smugglers coming through the tradelane from Manhattan to westpoint. He had a wife, Jill, and three children.

"Gladly... sir," said Vergilos.

Vergilos turned off all transmittion and hid under his chair.

"Sir? Sir?" Asked Skynods, "Alright sir, I'm given no choice, I'm boarding the ship!"

Skynods pulled out his blaster, and charged it. He went to his jump pod in the back of his ship, it allowed him to dock the enemy ship without placing his ship ontop of his. He place himself in the pod, and launched. Luckily, we hit the ship.

"Engaging cutters!"

Two cutters came out from the bottom of the pod, and began cutting through the hull. The bottom of the pod opened, revealing a hole into the inside. He jumped in, and fell on a hard surface. He looked to his right and found a ladder going into the control room, he climbed it. Before he reached the top step, he was hit over the head with a large metallic bar, he fell......

When Victor Skynods opened his eyes, he was sitting in an abondoned cardamine mine, staring at three men.

"What the bloody f*ck do you mean you hit him over the head with a bar! ARE YOU DAMNED INSANE, WE CAN'T DAMAGE HIS BRAIN!" Yelled Malvrick.

"He's fine s'r" Explained Vergilos.

"He has no damage to the head what so ever sir..." Reassured Artemis.

"Very well... I guess we strap him to the "Parter" then?" Said Malvrick.

"Yes sir," Said Artemis.

The Parter was a large contraption located behind the mine, which detatched the brain, from the body. The machine was a chair which the subject was strapped in, and overhead was a large helmet, rounded by a saw, designed not to effect the innerbrain. Above the helmet was special electrical wiring, designed to keep the brain alive long enough to transport it to the destinated ship.

"What about Timberlood AI, is that ready?" Asked Malvrick.

Timberlood AI was an advanced Artifical Intellegence discovered by Bisiwalk Kialm, a softwear engineer. The AI was specificly designed for the project at hand. Bisiwalk used to be part of the team, but was killed after a failed try at moving his brain.

"Quite sir, all functional," Said Artemis.

"Bring him to the Parter!"

Skynods fainted.
