I wish I wassending this communique under better circumstances. I would like to extend my condolences towards anyone who may have lost friends or family aboard the Atum. Although we have not seen eye to eye in recent times, I have no choice but to condemn Auxesia's opportunistic actions following the NEMP bomb detonation.
I want it to be made clear that the Legion has no intention of engaging any Order assets and is a neutral party in this conflict. We will be keeping the system locked down and heavily patrolled, and continue our investigation into who detonated the warhead aboard the Atum. Keeper Raven assures me that, at least, was not Auxesia's doing. For their sake, I hope she is telling the truth.
Once the situation de-escalates, we would be more than happy to provide repairs, supplies, and assistance in escorting the Atum to a safe haven, if you will have our help.
There are few people I believe. That woman, the psychopath, has flown warships into our home space, chased us down, and slaughtered five hundred civilians when Kebok Depot was tore asunder by Auxesia and the Core. She thinks being obnoxious is a good excuse to torch a battleship.
So I don't care what that mad woman and her brainwashed cabbage patch kid battalion says to you. They could say they are paragons of chastity for all I care.
Captain Cross of the Atum is currently in surgery and his son was killed when the fighter he was in was EMPd, destroying life support and depriving him of oxygen as people tried to get tools online to get him out. I trained Cross's son, Locklear. This became personal.
Hunter takes a breath
Your efforts to assist us, Locklear, in any case - despite any animosity for Kalh's assault on you and Auxesia in Liberty some months ago - speaks to your character.
Once the situation de-escalates, escorts of Atum from Inverness to safe space will be appreciated. Even if it is a short trip. Transports might be coming from all over. Try and keep 'me safe?

Admiral Hunter,I'm very sorry for your loss. I understand better than anyone what it's like to lose those you've trained and watched grow up.
As for your request.. traffic into and out of Inverness will be heavily policed, and I cannot guarantee the safety of any unknown vessels passing through Commonwealth space. If they wish to assist, I strongly recommend they take the Cortez jump corridor.
Any non-Order warships or fighter and bomber craft will be turned away, however. While we have no intention of involving ourselves in your fight, we cannot simply allow anyone else into our backyard after a disaster of this magnitude.
Any unknown vessels will be Freelancers or allies of the Order, or Junkers. Scans should tell you who they are and what they are carrying - if they are carrying parts, let them through.
I will ensure all our friends know to avoid Kansas. And Locklear.
This is a tragedy.
The disaster is yet to come.
