It is always a pleasure to speak with you, but I rarely have a cause. I was unpleasantly surprised to hear that your party was fined for transporting Nomad matter through Bretonia, but as the law applies to everyone equally, there was nothing I could do. Perhaps I could be able to talk the Police Authority into approving your license request, but I must admit that the odds of me succeeding, after your fine, are at best meager.

However, your license is not the cause that I have found to speak with you for. Namely, there is a certain Corsair who somehow managed to humble one of the better students of mine from the Royal Fleet. She commands the CNS Sokol, a Legate-class, despite being a young woman and not even Corsair born, but with Coalition origins. She also claims to possess a considerable knowledge about hacking into transmissions. The alias that she uses, her real name or not, is Izay Vyu. Her appearance is very mysterious to me, so I need to turn to someone who is good at gathering information, for acquiring the information I need.

If I have turned to the right person, can you please share with me everything you know about Izay Vyu?
