Your resilience and persistence during your centuries-long armed struggle is truly unique and inspiring, even more so now that the biggest unlawful force in Rheinland has turned against you.

In spirit of our constantly improving relations and closing cooperation we would like to propose a joint operation. Except the direct benefits, through this mission, both sides will gain valuable experience and knowledge which can be used to design more important, beneficial and complex operations in the future.

The mission will contain a smuggling operation as well as an offensive assault in southern Liberty after the former's completion I am looking forward in your response.

I apologise for any delay in responding to the Professorship’s missives. Our ability to trace transmissions across the nonlinear N-spectra used by the various Unioner cells makes targeted diplomacy irking. I would advise you direct yourself to our diplomatic channel if we wish to further communications.

We do not doubt the security of your transmission on your own end, but rather, ours. The Unions are rife with factionalism, and external missives, of any sort, could readily constitute blackmail material if discovered by forces external to the central regime.

Please retransmit a duplicated message over the given internal band. Any further communications on this comm trace will be jammed.
