To whom it may concern,
I would like to inform you that Glendalough Orbital in the Coronado system, near Pecos, has changed hands once more. I'm making contact to ensure that the good relationship between Forlorn Hope and the Republic continue unimpeded. To this end, I have ensured that all =CR= tagged ships have docking rights at the base, and will be repaired as needed. However, I would like to discuss the fee the Republic levies on installations within its space. The fee of 350 million is quite high, and as you may know from Forlorn's other dealings with the Republic, our resources are quite stretched at the moment. If it would be at all possible to lower this fee, or if there is some other kind of deal we can strike, please let me know as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Stenn
The Forlorn Hope
My name is Ryo Kase , I am the Minister of Research and Development in the Crayter Republic.
I had read about the dealings you had with Dell and the CDI and I am most pleased that you enjoyed our products. We , the people of Crayter we had developed our own culture out there , a bit separated by that of Ancient Earth , where we actively seeking to respect and to assist anyone that is in need.
As I was now reading your request I must say that I am both sad and happy. I am upset as we had a good relationship with the former owners of Glenn and happy because I am looking forward to the prospects of us working together.
The Republic is more then happy to lower the fee for registration , and in case you had any doubt is one time payment however would have to propose a new deal for you.
The Crayter Republic is going to lower the fee at 50.000.000 credits. The Republic will maintain the good relationship with the Glenn Orbital and with Forlorn Hope, even dispatch ISE units in case the base needs any supply of raw materials*. The Republic will allow the Forlorn Hope Knights docking at Yuma to visit**several Low Security artificial islands and enjoy the accommodations and the real gravity and to provide maintenance to Crayterian Technology.
The Republic will ask the Forlorn Knights to obey Crayterian Laws while they are in proximity of our stations or inside any station or planet deemed as Crayterian land , not to fire on any of our allies and to assist ,if required , the Republic in it's enterprises.
What say you ?
Kind regards,
Rio Kase
*The ISE units can assist the Forlorn Knights with hauling raw materials for maintenance or upgrading the station. This can be done as long as the ISE units are not assigned to any Crayterian project.
**All Forlorn Knights are subject to Security Checks and their profile will be added to our Database. This is mandatory for Crayterian Citizens and its Residents and Allies alike.

Mr Kase,
I am sorry about your friend. As for the topics raised in the rest of your transmission, I do believe that not only are they acceptable, but that they are more than fair. I believe I had misunderstood the 350 million to being a monthly payment, and am relieved to both see that it is not and that the Republic is willing to charge us the much more affordable fee of 50 million credits instead. Further, we are grateful for the offered assistance of the ISE units, and should severe difficulties arise, we will gratefully accept their help. Until then however, we urge the Republic to not reassign the ISE units and to use them for much more important operations as, for the time being, we can easily handle the supplies ourselves and do not wish to be an unnecessary drain on resources in that department.
We also humbly accept the extremely generous offer of allowing our Knights access to planet Yuma and its previously mentioned locations, as well as the offer of maintenance of Crayterian Technology in our possession. As I know you are aware of our possession of 11 Nyx snub-craft, this is truly a generous offer.
Finally, for our part, the Forlorn Hope accept all the terms of your offer, ensuring that we will follow Crayterian Law while inside the Coronado system. However we do wish to ask that on-board the Glendalough Orbital, Forlorn Code will be followed, and that it will be effectively treated as a self-contained sovereign entity.
We agree to lend our assistance to the Republic and its allies should the need arise, and are willing to provide our services to the Republic, where required, for the absolute minimum price we can, covering only fuel, armaments and repairs in the prices that will be offered to the Republic in these cases.
We've already enjoyed a pleasant relationship with the Crayter Republic, and Mr Atreides, and wish to continue our established relationship in the best of ways. Please find attached our payment on the fee.
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Stenn

Mr Kase,
I am pleased to hear that our payment has gone through, and that we have been correctly registered.
On to the other business, or should I say pleasure at hand, I do indeed accept. I have wanted to see one of the Islands for quite some time now, and I believe that my Knights and I could all use the break as well. Space is indeed a dangerous place, and we've been hard at work changing that. Consider your offer gratefully accepted, it will be good to strengthen our friendships and get to know our neighbors better, in person. I'll pass the word on to my companions, and once we receive confirmation of where to go and land, we'll make our way their in all possible speed.
Thank you for this opportunity.
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Stenn

Mr Kase,
I'll personally be present for the meeting, alongside Elena Voigt and Sarah Fenn, both of which are also Knight Captains. As to a time and day, we're stationed off the nearby Glendalough Orbital in Coronado, so it will be no problem for us to all make our way to you immediately. In fact, I'm already in my ship.
Thank you for this opportunity.
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Stenn
