The movement of the Carcassonne closer to the lanes has caused intensified GRN activity system-wide. Multiple sporadic GRN patrols were met during the operation.
Unknown Asteroid Installation #1, North Eastern Wendell Ice Field
Presumably inactive and partially damaged jumpgate of unhuman origin deeply hidden inside the nebula near an old wreck of a Sabre. Further caution is advised. Detailed scans due to interferences not possible.
Unknown Asteroid Installation #1, Northern Overland Park Asteroid Field
Unknown vessel of smaller size, presumably a destroyer or cruiser striving through the Barrier Rim. It was seen west of the mentioned Debris Field. Hostilities began right on the spot, immediate retreat was necessary.
Only visuals were possible on this large vessel striving through the nebula before it vanished from the sensors again. Size and shape of it suggest an Osiris-class.
Immediate hostilites were met when reaching this object of unknown origin, however its shape implies an alien installation of massive size. Additionally, sudden nomad patrols arrived. Retreatment was necessary, no further scans possible.
Description: Nomad Lair, Inverness
Guncam Shots: X
Additional notes: A massive alien structure with fortified defensive abilities, the material out of which the structure has been built defies any explanations, however it seems to be highly organic and more or less living, as the surface has been seen moving. Two large orbs are attached to both sides of the lair, presumably power reactors that are feeding the structure with energy. Entrances at the top and bottom visible, however very heavy radiation detected as well at these positions. Defense systems -are- online, which implies the fortifcation as a whole is still in use by the nomads or whatever species has created it. It's probably a place of high importance of the nomads, large number of patrols in this area
Description: The Junkyard, Inverness
Guncam Shots: X
Additional notes: Another Junker station orbiting Planet Cannish, nothing of interest here however. The planet itself is a usual gas giant.
