Maria Calvo informed me that you may be able to assist us with our colonisation process, of an ice world within the Independant Worlds, perhaps you'd be willing to help us with creating a metallic compound that is resistant to the cold for construction purposes? Or to maybe help ensure that our architecture is both suitable for both Humans and Gammu AI?

Our intention is to not hinder the planets eco-system as much as possible, as well as adapting to the climate. Amongst our greatest issues is that we have enemies residing within the same system, yet, they are completely unaware of our presence on the Planet, as it's simply out of the way, isolated, we desire to remain hidden from others. Another note is that we lack efficient ways of colonising such worlds, we do not have any formulas for effective compounds to use as a building material.

This unit is responsible for research and development within the PRIME network, and thus may be of assistance.
We have significant experience regarding infrastructure development in energy-deprived planetary environments, especially when subterranean construction is mandatory. However, most of our relevant technology and materials will need to be heavily modified, if not outright replaced, due to the lack of environmental control and radioactive emissions inherent to a significant portion of our equipment. This unit believes cooperation on that front will be mutually beneficial, since the PRIME network currently lacks data on the requirements for safe human habitations, and this project would significantly increase our ability to cater to your species should the need arise.
As such, this unit is able and authorized to aid with topics ranging from material development to structural layout optimization. Understandably, we will not provide data on things such as power generation or defensive technologies, and will not ask for similar information, although depending on what you seek we may be able to assist with the detectability of your installations.
Regarding compensation, your offer of a safe port is noted and appreciated, and we shall make use of it should it ever be required; the only other thing we may ask of you is information, and possible cooperation on a particular project under this unit's jurisdiction.

As for defense and power generation, it is already handled by one of our departments, you need not worry about all the details.
