But my little brother when i wasent at home, he told me this.

I created a character (probably po12345) did a mission, had a rogue thing on his cargo, npc cop ordered him to drop it, he did it, shot 1 time on a player with the first gun, and the victime didnt do anything, then another mission, then banned.

I havent breaked a rule with my character too.

Its been about 1 days ago, and my name arent on sanction forum.

I asked him, and he sweared to god that he only asked how to use the afterburner or cruise travel.

Is there a log somewhere that show what happend recently?

I was in New York when it was going on, though I jumped to Texas shortly after.

He showed up and started spamming things like "lol" and "roflcopter" and such. I didn't see the swearing, maybe it was in private to Fellow Hoodlum, or maybe it was after I jumped to Texas.

You should probably find some way to keep your brother off your account.
