Forgive my delay in responding to your last transmission. One of our installations was hit with an uncharted dark-matter storm that rendered many crucial systems inoperable. Securing emergency contractors for the repair work has taken the forefront of my attention.
Now, as to your proposal. You are quite blunt in your assumptions and definitely do not mince words. Fortunately for you, we are like-minded. Cryer has solidified itself into being on the fore-front of the medical industry by no small margin, with no direct competitors to speak of. Such an accomplishment is not without aggressive negotiations as well as taking... precautions to ensure our status is not affected by outside interference from smaller organizations. As I am sure is the case with the GMG and the fuel market.
As you indicated, each of our organizations has worked to overpower our rivals in our respective fields, to ensure our status throughout Sirius. But again, we have commonality in our thinking. A partnership would further advance our goals of complete domination in our respective fields of expertise, and would prevent our competitors from gaining an edge on us. It would ensure our monopoly over such is secured. To cross but one of us, should a partnership prove fruitful, would find yourself without funding, fuel, and medical supplies. A death sentence in reality for any organization seeking expansion by legitimate means. Let's be honest as well, any blackmarket substitute would carry more risk than benefit.
Now, since we are in agreement, it seems the last discussion to be had before formalizing any such partnership would be communication with Interspace Commerce. I will leave that in your capable hands, should you wish to approach IC yourself. Otherwise, perhaps a joint-meeting with the IC CEO would be effective? Please let me know the direction you would like to pursue in regards IC, and I will ensure my calendar is free.

I am shocked to hear something like this and hope you are recovering again. We have also recently been hit by a raid group of Outcasts, which forced us to use unusual matters to stabilize the situation again. If you require any help and know that the Gas Miners Guild can help out, let me know. Now back to the topic.
Such a meeting would and will be highly useful indeed, given, that the Interspace CEO is likeminded. But people in powerful positions with low chances of being put out of action tend to use any opportunity to stretch their arms out. As they are the last party that we will include in this "plan", I think a good gesture would be to have such a meeting at one of their bases. To ensure, that we are not going to be disturbed at all, I suggest Furyoku Station in Okinawa, as the GMG controls this system. We won't have anyone annoying us there. But we have to be careful with such long-term plans, as they are harsh but ensure our survival. Especially the Gas Miners Guild is currently trapped between a big problem, namely Rheinland. The Unioners are pressuring the Bundestag to act aggressively against us, which is making me really aggressive, I want these people dead and I want them dead as soon as possible. The more powerful we all become together in the meantime, the stronger is the choking grip we can put onto Rheinland, should they decide to act against our favor.
I will contact Interspace Commerce about our meeting.
Thank you for your offer of assistance. Cryer is willing to extend the same courtesy towards the GMG over the threat of Outcast Raiders. Of course, should your pilots capture any Outcast pilots, dead or alive, we would be grateful for their delivery to Atka for study.
Regarding the meeting to be held at Furyoku Station, that is suitable for us, and I will ensure when the date and time is established, I will be there in person.
I would like to address your concern over Rheinland and the threat of the Unioners. The immediate concern that comes to mind is GMG's position within Rheinland, concerning the H-Fuel trade. With the increasing conversion to the ALG-produced MOX, and the use of Nuclear Cores, this presents an obstacle I assume, given the leverage of exporting H-Fuel to Rheinland is less detrimental to their economy now.
This though can be spun to your advantage. Cut off the supply of Mox or at the very least the storage containers of MOX, and increase the demand for H-Fuel. But do so in such a way that undermines the Unioners position of influence on the Bundestag. Might I suggest staging a Unioner attack on both Mannheim Station as well as Dortmund Station, given their work on producing and refining MOX. Create the need for increased importing of H-Fuel, which is where GMG will come in to "assist" and will gain favor in the eyes of the Bundestag. In their moment of need, establish binding contracts in your favor, which the Bundestag will not so easily dismiss given the sudden need. You paint the Unioners in even more unfavorable light, which in turn will force Rheinland to focus on increasing strikes against them, thus you kill two birds with one stone - an increase of H-Fuel export into Rheinland, as well as military action against the Unioners without direct GMG involvement.
Of course that is entirely upon GMG to determine the appropriate avenue, and that is more of an immediate solution that has come to mind. With the proposed partnership, more avenues I'm sure will present themselves.

The plan you suggested sounds interesting but is not easy to stage, if we would be the ones truly conducting the attacks with Unioner identifications, we would need ships, transmitters, weapons, anything. It is true that Rheinland is less needed as a big corporate partner than the other houses, their MOX driven engines and overall preference of nuclear cores are simply driving them away from us. This has pretty much one big reason, they would not like to depend on us because they don't trust us and prefer ALG to take care of the local fuel and engines. This is why they would probably dare to threaten us in the first place. An attack on Mannheim would hurt Kruger and thus, is nothing I would despise, but the Unioners won't listen to our suggestion and we cannot really slip into their shoes and do it by ourselves. It is a complicated plan, one I cannot execute now. But we will keep it in mind for the future.
