We are happy to finally hear from Harmony. There has been significant period of silence from your Battlegroup following the Texas extraction. We have barely noticed your active operations since then and had minimal overall contact. May I inquire what happened and why there has been no communique from Admiral Knight herself? Are you satisfied with the progress of upgrades in Bering? I would really like to finalize our previous endeavors before jumping into new ones.
Nonetheless, let me provide you with the basic intelligence on the Supergate. What just recently caught your attention is the very reason of our presence in Alberta. For years now our wings are patrolling vicinity of Leduc Station and monitoring progress of the Supergate construction. We believe that the project has entered a design deadlock and currently no visible progress is being observed. Even so, we cannot entire ignore the threat posed by the installation, though we believe you are misperceiving it. The biggest threat of the Supergate is the repetition of the Texas incident. Why do you think of all systems Alberta has been chosen as a test site? It is a remote system with small and disposable population of Zoners and pirates with just handful of mining operations. A disaster of tenfold magnitude could still be reasonably contained within this system and nobody would cry after few Zoner and pirate lives lost in the process.
I do also believe that you underestimate Ageira role in shaping Liberty Government's movements. It is unlikely that Liberty Navy has any impact on Ageira doings. Their position is strong enough to do what they please regardless of Admiralty or even President's will. The Supergate Project is motivated purely by greed. Establishing a first direct one-jump connection between capital systems and tooling all the traffic accordingly would make entire wealth accumulated by IND over decades look like a pocket money.
With all that being said, if you plan any action against Ageira in Alberta, we are listening.
