"Guten Tag, I am Joachim Friedmann of the Imperial Party of Rheinland, named Archduke by my father, Erich Friedmann who was of the line of Empress Licht in the days of the Rheinland Empire.
There are many amongst my...Colleagues in the Bundestag who would call you criminals, terrorists, murderers. They would sooner have you locked up in Vierlande than praised for the services you do for our nation against the Socialist scourge. However I see something else entirely. I see patriots, sons and daughters of Rheinland willing to pay the price to ensure our glory is restored.
The Imperial Family has not forgotten how your ancestors worked to ensure that our House was continued to be regarded as the strongest military power in Sirius before the fatal events of the 80-Years War occurred. We remember the sacrifices made by those who came before. The Imperial Family thus seeks to ensure your mission continues and eventually comes out victorious against those who seek to prevent a return of the years of old.
The Imperial Family thus wishes to make a small donation (20,000,000 Sirian Credits) as a sign of it's support and I personally as the Chairman of the Imperial Party of Rheinland wish to establish a partnership against those who seek to strike at the Imperial agenda in Rheinland.
To: Archduke Joachim Friedmann, Imperial Party of Rheinland From: Alster Actual, der Alster Union. Subject: To save a dynasty.
My Sire. It is an honour.
We have watched the progress of the Friedmann’s through the generations. Of your trials and tribulations in a hostile cosmos. Rheinland has not forgotten its pedigree. Our aristos, descendants of the Rheinland’s crew members who planted the seeds of life in this sector, still define our society. As a matrilineal descendent of the Empress, you tantalise us. You offer so much - proof of the constancy of the imperial light.
I am Hansel Garen. It is my honour to serve as Arbeitsdirektor of the Imperial Labour Union, in the same role of my predecessors, I offer my service, and that of my people; the service of all of those who were sacrificed under the treaty of Six-Sixty-Nine. We have prep
We defy. We have waited for three centuries, building, preparing, honing our old trades as we could, surviving as we must. I am a criminal - a partisan warlord. We have been perilously close to losing our way, to join the worst excesses of the Volksrevolution rather than their correction.
Our conflict with the Hesse, with the Bundschuh, is far from pragmatic. They form an existential threat to our trade links. Collectively, they outnumber and outgun us.
You are not the first of the noble line to use their patrimony to reach out to our people. Whilst not a common occurrence, between the generations, an avatar rises. But personal and popular advantage are distinct, my Lord. A Union of faith is not enough. There must be more for all of us. A better fate.
Your timing is just. Rheinland is in an hour of need. Over the centuries, we have repressurized the Imperial fleet - the hulks of the past are now deployed, as the chariots of the now. Cohesion between cells has not been this coherent for a hundred and fifty years - but it requires constant maintenance.
We will not be complicit in the toppling of the government - in revolution, at the tip of a gun. We have won all that we possess through the threat of violence. We are no man’s hero - if the Unions are to be redeemed, it will be under a flag of peace. The old compact between the proletariat and the establishment must be forged once more. We are not the GMG, we are not the Hesse. You will not rise by threatening the people, you will rise with the people’s love.
I will assist you only under the promise that our forces will be used for humanitarian purpose.
Kruger is still diligently loyal to the Imperial cause - they know what they have lost, what they can regain. Daumann, with persuasion, will follow the winds of change. We need to build a case.
But the root of the project is yours, Friedmann. You cannot take the party down a path that would lead to exile, as the Bundschuh would. Radicalism will not save us. Danger is inherent to the project. We will be even handed. If we aid your ascension, you will remember those who helped you. You won’t burn your acolytes, as so many traitors have done.
Rheinland requires honour. Constancy. Truth. We must expose conspiracy, not be complicit in the darkness. We wear the old glory, not the old lie.
Guarantee you will not burn the bridges you would have us build, my Lord. If you wish for the Syndicates to reforge the Imperial line, you must adhere to the Imperial promise.
Everything for Rheinland, my Lord. God is indeed with us.
With honour;
Hansel Garen VonHimmel,
Arbeitsdirektor of the Interstellar Syndicate movement and the Syndicate worlds, Protector of Bering, Supreme Pentarch of the Five Union Cells, Krefeld Base, Koeln System.

"The Family is not interested in being as the Bundschuh who fanned the Hesse flames to secure power in a coup that forced the Empire to kneel. We rose above such petty tactics and are utilizing the system put in place to garner popular support from the people of Rheinland who yearn for the days of old. We do not seek to spill the blood of our own people, brothers and sisters of the Fatherland. The Hesse as you well know are not afraid to destroy the lives of their own countrymen however and will stop at nothing to gain power.
We have already gotten into contact with Kruger Mineralien and have established ties with the Company. It has gladdened my heart to know that patriots still exist in this age, however as you have pointed out Daumann would need to see a sign that the winds are shifting. That is something that will be addressed in the coming month as the Party continues to gather support throughout Rheinland through it's political campaigning.
As you have mentioned the ancient Imperial Armada I must ask that should you find the honoured dead to treat them with the dignity they earned through their acts of valour and loyalty. If there is any way to return them home to be re-united with the rest of the honoured dead who were recovered and were buried with honours the Family will do what it can to aid such an endeavour.
Thus you have my word as a son of Rheinland and a man who loves his home that I along with the Family will not wander down the path of the Bundschuh. Instead we shall earn the love and admiration of our people both within the House of Rhienland or are traveling aborad. We shall ensure that we are a united people, a stronger people who have been refined in the fires of trials and tribulations.
