PC issues, many of them

I have some heavy issues with my PC, despite its 11 years old and was expecting this moment.

Here are the specs of the PC:

Pentium 4 3.2ghz
Nvidia Geforce 6600
3GB RAM
Around 500GBmemory
Windows 7 professional

The main issue is the boot failure, and a weird sound coming right after the message. This thing prevents the PC from booting and seems like it completely prevents it from starting. If I keep it open for more than 10 minutes it starts a very loud sound together with some hot temperature when touching even irs side.

I ask the admins to freeze my chars and keep them in archive if possible. Only if they pass 6months of inactivity.
