I went to visit the Mactan base after a long time and I've run to two gallic battleships standing next to the battleship Carcassone. With the Gallic expansion I'm worried about our home, because the California system is obviously next for them to conquer. If they manage to get the California system under their control, we'd have issues with gallics too. However, all can be avoided. I offered them a little help. The help consists of finding all the trade routes between Liberty and Bretonia for them to cut and weakening of California's defenses. In exchange we get wine, tons of pure, tasty gallic wine. I hope you accept this deal, because there isn't really a valid argument against this. How could we not accept this deal?

I'm looking forward to seeing their answer. I wonder if we're able help them like this though, your bad reputation for terrorising Liberty to supply Alcatraz with booze needs to be earned again.
