Even now your avenues of escape are being cut off by the brave soldiers of the Revolutionary Army and it's allies. Eventually we will be coming for those who sought to commit genocide against our people. You cannot stop our arrival, you can no-longer delay it. The clock's ticking is rapidly coming to and end. It may be tomorrow, it may be a year from now. But we will be coming, we will restore the peace your Leaders have time and time again disrupted with their useless war against our people and those around them.

However, unlike your leadership we are not seeking genocide, we have come to liberate you. Thus we extend this offer to all those in Cayman who are weary of constant war with everything around them in a useless pursuit of conquest that will never come to pass.

Surrender while there is still time. Lay down your arms, power down your weapons and shields and turn yourselves over to Coalition officers. You will be treated humanely as Prisoners of War, your sick will be tended to, the hungry fed, the naked clothed. We are not your enemy. We are your liberation. We are your salvation.

Those who resist will be treated as hostile combatants and incapacitated, saboteurs as Terrorists and those who flee justice as fugitives. We will bring order to the chaos and with that peace.
