I was mildly surprised to find one of the people flying under our flag of convenience running Artifacts and attempting bribery in insufficient amounts. Don't worry, we'll straighten him out for you, unless you find yourself running short on taxpayer credits and need some influx of cash under the table, in which case, a few "fines" could be arranged. Regardless, we went ahead and paid the fine. THP takes care of its own, and we would take it as a kindness if you left further disciplinary action to us.

Personally, I apologize for my associate's misconduct, and I assure you, he will be dealt with accordingly. I'm sorry that we couldn't be talking under more... cordial circumstances, but such is life, I'm afraid.

I have confirmed receipt of your transaction and marked the fine as paid.

With respect to Mister Tordai himself, you are welcome to teach him in whatever manner that (legally) best suits you. I found the rather blasse manner in which he assumed he was beyond the law to be alarming; it's as if a child has been allowed to do as he will with no adult willing to act to correct him. You will not find that to be the case in Liberty, as evidenced by the previous notice. I hope that you are able to disabuse him of such notions quickly.
