I couldnt find the old admin notice question topic, So im making a new one. I just need to clarify some things... Does that decree pertain to all factions or just the order. and would this be an example?

You want to have a Rhienland Pirate Cruiser as a junker. You have the tags, the RP and the ID. That means the junker congress cant stop you from getting it?

It is the same as with all other official factions. Even if we wanted, we can't. This now goes with all factions. They can recommend you not to buy the ship. But that is all.

Of course, someone may still hunt you down (in RP menas) for it.

According to some junkers the rheinland pirate cruiser is in fact a junker cruiser and not a pirate cruiser and that the ID card is to be ignored. :$

Well actually it's supposed to be composed of old/destroyed Hessian cruisers, found/bought by Junkers, and remade (by Junkers) into... working-again cruiser. So It, technically, is Junker cruiser. And as well, it is pretty much availiable to any unlawfull who have the money in most of the cases. So not like Congress wants to, or have to regulate them. But it still can be called Junker cruiser... since it looks that way (junk-ish) and is made by them.

If they do engage you for a trivial, non-RP reason, which I doubt, seeing Tyler's post, I would probably talk to the .:j:. to see what's going on, and if sanctions need to be filed.

They don't regulate it past the rules. Not too many of them floating about. It is a shame because it is a fine ship and nice to fly for a cruiser.
