I dont believe we have had the pleasure of speaking, I am Commodore Jonathan Kalh, Acting Vice Admiral of the 5th Fleet. I wish to speak to you about your men/women patrols of Liberty as of late. If they have seen or experienced Nomadic Activity. I am also wondering if we can have an established network between my ship and your fleets records solely on Nomadic sightings. With great anticipation i look forward to your response.

Good day, Commodore.
Firstly, I want to say that this was unexpected to find in my inbox, though thanks to Ms. Bixly I wasn't completely caught off guard. We never did have the pleasure of meeting, as I'm guessing John keeps you quite busy with regards to what your posting is tasked. Regardless, it is a pleasure to hear from you, and your query is quite understandable.
The Third Fleet's main area of operation concerns the entirety of the Alaska and Virginia systems, much like the Fifth, but also the extent of the area enclosed within Zone-21, the entirety of the Coos Field in New Hampshire and the entirety of the California system. This being said, the Third Fleet does see rather frequent nomad activity from within both Alaska and New Hampshire, as well as operational patrols through both California and New York, and while they aren't met with much opposition at any given time, the amount that builds up is quite staggering.
You're more than welcome to contribute in any way you feel you can, Commodore, though I'd ask that you do it without stepping on any toes within my command structure. A network for communication would work well between us, as our people consistently meet nomadic sightings within both Alaska and the other core systems, and it would help to serve as a way for us to keep in touch should the worse become reality.
Keep doing what you do, Kalh. Sader's lucky he's got someone knowledgeable like you at his side, and.. if we're being completely honest here..
... I'm absolutely jealous of that ship of yours.

Yes, Admiral Sader does seem to keep me pretty occupied these days, especially me coming back from a Hiatus. You know sometimes the brain needs a good recharging and I needed one. I am glad to see you are willing to share your Nomadic Database with me (as i have found it rather difficult of other Liberty Organizations to give up such information although i don't really know why). As for "stepping on toes" one would say i'm pretty good at that but for the sake of our rather beneficial relationship ill try to be careful, we are all on the same side anyways right? When do you think i would be able to have access to your nomadic files? Also, its rather kind words you say about me and my ship, most people don't like the site of me and that is fine. Glad to see someone appreciative of the work i have been doing and the grace of my ship who helps defend the Republic.

Good day, Commodore.
I'll make sure to have my analysts on the Wheeling send you the access codes for our databanks. Mind you, we're still processing stuff from a few months ago, so it won't be fully up to date with what you may have heard, but the data is still there.
As for stepping on toes, it's just precautionary. The Third's had some fairly tough times in recent history, what with Harmony and Jack's passing, so my people constantly stay on edge. I don't mean it as an offense, but more as a notice that the Fleet's hard working but twitchy at times.
Keep yourself high, Kalh. Liberty's counting on you.
And if at all possible, see if the Order would be willing to donate another Osiris to the Third. Admiral Holland promised us one before it was stolen, and I want to see the plan come full circle.
Don't get shot.
