I come to you with a request concerning my older 'Oasis'-class Liner. This vessel gained a way more important role due to a recent change of occupation and therefore needs a few changes. The importance of these changes limits themselves to the conference hall on the upper decks for now. The current conference hall is of a nice design and for my needs actually too large [Picture of the Hall] but sadly lacks any real technological advanced parts. What I imagined was to reduce the amount of seats significantly, the first six rows are fully sufficient for my needs. I would also want to have per bench only 4 instead of 8 chairs. This should give sufficient space for any visitor as well for the monitors each place should have.
For the second part of the room, where the stairs start to lead upwards, is it possible to build a wall there? I would like to use this new room as a cinema. This can be done, hai? If that's not the case I will figure something out about the cinema.
Back to the conference hall; the stage should have a table for two people, a computer with neuralnet access, its floor should display the symbol of the Republic of Kusari. [Symbol]
For now this is just an idea of mine to play around with in cooperation with your workers. What of this could we become real? Where could be issues and I suppose we will handle this matter at one of Baltimore's drydocks? Just so I can get the vessel back to Liberty in time.
In hope of a positive and quick response,
Miyasu, S.

Greetings,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Alexandra Winter and I'm newly appointed engineer of Deep Space Engineering. I was instructed to talk with you about your request and the future contract. Deep Space Engineering is leading company in the market of repair, maintenance and production of liners. So, I would like to inform you, that your request is in the right hands.
However, closer to business, right? I and my team received your request and have already started to develop the project. We decided to offer you a counter project based on your wishes.
This project was developed by our team of designers. As you can see, the number of seats in each row has been reduced according to your wish. Together with this, we have several own ideas that may come to your liking. Look at the wall, because this is a whole canvas for eye-catching ideas. For example, instead of floor, we can place the Kusari emblem on the center, and on the sides put large LCD monitors. This will give the room an even more modern style. As for the cinema, we became somewhat thoughtful, until we found a solution again. If you look at the general concept, you will find that the two screens connected with each other by the symbol of Kusari. If you make it mobile with ability of chanding between symbol and another one LCD monitor, then you will get a really huge cinema.
If you are interested in this project, then in we will discuss the cost, the deadline, the number of materials and the contract details in the same channel.
I actually didn't expect anything less from Deep Space Engineering. You were quick to reply and come up with an idea perfectly suiting what I need. There's only a single addition to your plan I would like to see. Hidden security measures, it might seem a little paranoid but I am not willing to take too many risks. While I doubt the vessel will ever be boarded during a conference, having security doors of military standard installed, as well as an emergency exit towards the smaller hangar through one of unused ventilation shafts would surely be worth the bit more effort this takes. For sure a few automated defense systems could prove useful as well but I don't wish to bother DSE with installing those.
I really appreciate the idea of this "2-in-1" room and would like to hear which sum DSE has in mind already for such a project. For sure all costs included, payment for the workers, material costs, drydock costs, taxes and whatever may be missing.

Greetings,
We contacted our partners, calculated the cost of materials and services and are now ready to name the price of this project. 50 000 000 S.C needs to turn this bold fantasy into the reality. Here is the list of the future expenses:
Materials — 20 000 000 S.C
(For finishing the premises, the highest quality materials are used, as well as rare wood for decorating some furniture. Transportation of these materials is in itself expensive. If required, we can attach a full sheet of used materials.)
Service — 15 000 000 S.C
(We have ordered the best team of engineers and designers to carry out your project. Working with expensive materials also requires attention and skill. Therefore, the price is quite large.)
Materials shipping — 10 000 000 S.C
(As I said, transportation of rare and expensive materials requires special conditions.)
Government tax — 5 000 000 S.C
The project will take only five days. Two days for the delivery of materials and three days for direct work on the project. As for security systems, this is a common practice for the engineers of our company. We have already ordered the manufacture and installation of civilian turrets model Mk VII A. Their price is included in total price. We hope that everything satisfies you. If so, then we will begin fulfilling the order and prepare your copy of the contract that you will should sign.
Your price appears to be reasonable, I checked a few contacts of my own and they had similar sums in mind. If you don't mind, I would love to see the full material list, just to satisfy my curiousity. I am also curious about the civilian turret model you proposed, a few details concerning those would be great to have. Otherwise I see nothing speaking against this deal. I suppose I will get the vessel moved to the New York system already. Once I've seen the material list and received information about which drydock will be free for use for us, I will get the money ready. I don't really mind paying the whole sum at the start of the project but would prefer to transfer it once the work has been finished.
There's just a very few conditions I have:
Your workers will be escorted by my own security personnel at all times, a few decks will be locked down while the Liner is at your drydock. Your workers shouldn't hesitate to ask my security staff for help, also in the room across the main entrance of the conference hall will be snacks and non-alcoholic drinks prepared. Just a little friendly gesture from our side.

Greetings,
The client's desire is the law for us, we have already notified our workers about your project. They are grateful to you for the cold drinks, and the closed decks have not been unlocked. Unfortunately, as a chief engineer, I was seriously ill and could not take your project for a week. However, we hope that the dry dock Alpha-2 has come to your liking. Going back to business. The full list of materials:
15 000 units of Precious wood, rock crystal and other elements of decoration and cladding. (//Luxury Goods)
10 000 units of Basic alloys to consolidate strength.
3000 units of High-temperature alloys for electric wiring, lighting, LCD displays.
All requested materials were brought to the Baltimore Shipyard already. Civilian turrets model Mk VII A - Information sheet 1.67:1 efficency
Refire Rate: 3.03 /sec
Power Usage: 30 u/round (909 u/sec)
Type: Non-lethal
Energy Pulse Stats
Speed: 1,500 m/sec
Travel Range: 150 meters
Lifetime: 0.53 seconds
I attached all the required documents. I hope that you are satisfied with this. If everything is in order, then we will continue to work. Your liner will be ready within 2-3 days.
I apologize for the delay of response from my side, my work called me back to Kusari and left me unable to get back to you sooner. Hopefully there were no issues during my absence and I don't have to worry about more than my usual work.
Besides a general status update, there is a small request from my side. Once the work at the conference hall was finished, I would like to have two more defense turrets of this model installed at hangar deck 1, the old ones are still lethal weaponary and anything but suited for merely disabling agressors. I hope the additional time required at dry dock Alpha-2 for this won't cause any issues with your own plans.

Greetings,
Sorry for the next delay. This illness torments me and I again went to the hospital. In any case, it's okay now. We have completed your requester.
Let's sum up, what we got:
Protective systems installed in the conference hall and hangars.
A converted conference room with a new design and style. We have already tested all systems, everything looks and works just smart.
We invite you to visit your own ship and tell your opinion about it. If something does not suit you, then we can solve it. At our expense, of course.
If evetything is fine, then transfer 50 000 000 S.C to DSE)C-5M.SuperGalaxy account. That's my personal ship.
It was nice working with you. If you have any other projects, I'll be happy to help you.
I just finished the inspection and I have to admit I am impressed by your people's work, it is just of best quality as I expected. I hope you will not mind at all that I allowed myself to higher the payment a bit to the sum of 52.000.000 Sirius Credits.
Hopefully you will still be around when I am in need of help for another project in the future. It was a pleasure to work with DSE.
Sincerely,
Sanae Miyasu
