[INCOMING MESSAGE] [To]: NC-, Corsica Intelligence Division [From]: [SIS] Adrienne Perry [Subject]: Intelligence Sharing [Encryption]: High
Good Evening,
My name is Adrienne Perry and I work for the Bretonian Secret Intelligence Service. We've recently come across some intelligence which may be pertinent to the national security of the Outcast state and wanted to arrange a meeting to share this new piece of information with the hopes of building a cooperative and constructive relationship between ourselves our sister-organisation, the Corsica Intelligence Division.
Please feel free to reach me at your earliest convenience as I'd like to know how the Maltese government would like to move forward with this. Thank you,
We haven't had the pleasure yet. Benito Contari, ma'am. The Council and Bretonia have been working for a good while now, and the SIS hasn't yet contacted us. Naturally, we are interested in what you have to share. Note that the CID is currently not operating in space and confined to Corsica, although this is only of intermediate concern. The current Administrator would of course meet you and discuss your findings. Whenever you are ready to provide us with a time, we could arrange for a transfer to Corsica for you. I'm afraid it won't be possible for you to enter the system of Omicron Phi by yourself — Nobody besides Maltese may unsupervised — but transportation would be arranged for you, of course without any further complications on your end.
I should be available anytime between 1400 - 1700 hours SMT (//GMT). This Friday, 8th September would be the best day to arrive, although the 9th or any date after works as well. I'll go ahead and proceed to the border of Maltese space at Omicron Beta and await the arrival of NC- ships for escort to Corsica. Do let me know if you have a different procedure for these situations, we'll cooperate and comply with any rules and regulations your government has. I look forward to meeting you and your colleagues, please let me know which date works best for you.
I shall arrange for a member of the national guard to escort you into Omicron Phi. Please note that any and all electronic or mechanical equipment is not allowed on Corsica. Therefore, following standard procedures, you will be searched, scanned, and medically tested for Nomad infection before you will proceed from Omicron Beta to Corsica. Ruiz in Beta shall be open for you when you arrive. You will be brought into Omicron Phi aboard one of our ships. Of course, any object unsuitable to be brought to Corsica will be returned to you upon the end of your stay.
Evidently, we will host you, and that entails cuisine as well. If you would provide us with a note about any allergies you may have, that would be most appreciated. Now, if I have not yet managed to scare you off, the only thing remaining would be to await your arrival. We thank you for your patience with the procedures in advance.
