Introduction.

The Partei für ein neues Rheinland (Party for a new Rheinland) forms the political arm of the Weiße Rose Widerstandsbewegung. It was formed as an opposing party to the reigning Bundschuhpartei that sets the liberal course of the Bundschuh. It was founded secretly behind closed doors to prevent any resistance against its potential rise. 823 A.S. the leaders of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee (VWA) seemingly disappeared from the Bundschuh's ranks and left a chunk of activists that, without leadership, could not continue their way the same as before. The VWA's influence crumbled the longer the leaderhip-less movement existed. Many different groups inside the Bundschuh with very varying ideologies and goals tried to use this opportunity to get their hands on the steering wheel of the Bundschuh. The PNR announced itself as a running candidate for the upcoming Bundschuh elections and started its campaigns together with army of the White Rose. Nowadays the movement has towered the rest of the Bundschuh in terms of power and influence but is not yet recognized as the Bundschuh's leading political element.

Political direction.

Unlike the former reigning Bundschuh party with its lead "Freya Eistochter", the PNR doesn't consider itself a leftist movement in that direct sense. Much rather, the party thinks of itself as a ground for morale and common sense which should be applied to politics. Although the direction wanders more towards the left of the political spectrum, it doesn't present the Weiße Rose as a pacifist movement. The undeniable preference of left-orientated politics can be observed in the re-structuring of Rheinland into a social democracy with a monitored market to prevent corporation influence as it is now, and also the exploitation of workers. The party is made up democratically and choses its representative, the Parteivorsitzenden, in a period of 2 months.

Structure.

Parteivorsitzender

The leader of the PNR is the Parteivorsitzender, while not involved into any millitaristic actions of the rest of the movement, the party leader is in charge of the goals and ideals that the activists have to represent. He is able to turn the positions of the Weiße Rose into every direction as long as democratically accepted. The rest of the movement may vote against such actions but is not allowed to rebel if the decision has been made. The position can be changed every two months through a democratic election. Current leader of the PNR is Konrad Lichter.

Generalsekretär

The Generalsekretär is the second-in-command of the PNR and acts as an overwatch most of all. The General Secretary is the leader of the Weiße Rose's army and assures that the activists fighting out there are upholding the ideals of the party.

Sekretär

The secretaries represent the PNR all over Sirius by public broadcasts to inform the citizens about new ideas and critical issues in Rheinland that require attention. They assist the Parteivorsitzenden with diplomatic assignments in case he is not able to.

Aktivist

The Aktivisten build the strongest part of the PNR. They represent its ideals and raise awareness of the situation in Rheinland wherever they can. An Aktivist is not necessarily a fighter of the a army as well but instead can choose to be member without being a part of the Bundschuh.

Außenpolitik - Foreign policies

Bundschuh - Hessian relations.

While Erich Klugmann did his best to make the Bundschuh as least comparable to the Rote Hessen movement as possible with his "De-Hessianization" program, the Weiße Rose shares the opinion, that the Hessen are by far the strongest ally they have who have been cooperating with the Bundschuh for long enough to deserve a trusted ally. Be it intelligence, aid or technology, the PNR wants to strengthen the diplomatic and militaristic relations with the Rote Hessen movement again to ensure a prospering cooperation in as many ways as possible.

Bundschuh - LWB relations.

As a small supportive movement, the Landwirtrechtbewegung has complied in smaller efforts together with the other movements within Rheinland. This stable relation has to be kept as per the latest complications with the Unioners. It is a necessity to make the Landwirtrechtbewegung become a supportive factor of both the Bundschuh and the Rote Hessen movement to help us derail the imperialistic-nationalistic threat known as "Unioners".

Bundschuh - Unioner relations.

The Unioners have just recently proven that the people of Rheinland are nothing but a propaganda tool to enforce their brutal and sadistic will when they killed hundreds of workers with a chemical gas attack. Just like the Hessen, the Weiße Rose despises the Unioner movement and aims to extort or destroy any imperialist ship that they encounter. The Kaiserreich of Rheinland is never allowed to rise again.

Bundschuh - Liberty relations.

Although not being at war with them anymore, Rheinland and Liberty are waging a cold war of intelligence, a grudge against each other is still carved into the minds of the citizens. The Weiße Rose hopes for a good cooperation with Liberty and wishes to establish trade relations that help financing the helping organizations on Munich and the movement itself. Liberty should constantly be kept up to date about any possible intelligence within Rheinland.

Bundschuh - Order relations.

While Rheinland wrongfully puts the Order on a level of a terrorist group, we see the ultimate ally in the fight against the Nomads within Rheinland and Sirius as a whole, as well as against the nomad-infested humans known as "The Wild." The relations between the Bundschuh and the Order have always been positive and the Weiße Rose aims to keep it that way at all costs.

Bundschuh - Blood Dragons relations.

The Blood Dragons are as much of an ally for the Order as we are, a functioning relation between the 3 groups will result in an easier attempt to destroy the alien threat in Sirius, especially Rheinland, Kusari and the Omicrons. The Blood Dragons have valuable information and assets and vice versa for us, only if we work together, we can defeat our common enemy.

Innenpolitik - Inner politics

Help for Munich.

The Munich disaster has demanded the lives and existences of many civilians that are living in the system. The dark matter cloud that has advanced into the system eversince won't stop progressing and causing damage and discord which is why we need to help to evacuate the people in that system. The people living on PLanet Nuremberg have the hardest time of all, the atmosphere of the planet is almost touching the cloud at this point and the Rheinland government doesn't invest money in the projects or care in another way. They have let their people down but we won't. The Munich help program which the PNR is responsible for includes medical aid for the rest of the citizens living on the planet, as well as basic supplies such as food and water, money to local helping partners such as the Seraphim and evacuation.

Rheinland civilians.

The civilian population might refuse our words to the larger part but a significant amount does not. Due to our projects in Munich, our publications of issues facing Rheinland which the Bundestag doesn't care about, as well as distruibution of knowledge about Rheinland's political status have ensured us a very large support rate amongst the Rheinland population which is about 15%. The citizens of Rheinland must be the winners of this conflict no matter what, we will free them from the shady organization known as the BDM and keep our words published in this document.

Artifacts and Xeno relics.

Artifacts and Xeno Relics have been proven to be favored items to smuggle past the authorities of all houses. These items are dangerously favored amongst criminals from all over Sirius, any contact with them is to be avoided at all costs. The PNR does not tolerate the smuggling of Artifacts within Rheinland. There are, however, a few small exceptions. The LWB, the Red Hessians, the Order and the Blood Dragons may carry those items if the goal is to bring them out of Rheinland. Any flow of Artifacts inside Rheinland will be cut off, though. It is our goal to completely cut off Rheinland from that market.

Slavery.

Slavery has become a way too common thing in our "civilized" universe, rumors have spread about cases of slavery even on Solarius in Omega-11. Nobody in Sirius should be forced to bow to the will of anyone else without payment and slaverers are going to be heavily acted against. Slaves will be set free at the next possible spot to find a new possibility for their lives in freedom.

Cardamine.

Cardamine is a dangerous substance spread by the Outcasts that slows down the aging progress of a human and gives astonishing rushes when being consumed. The trade of Cardamine is luckily being seen as prohibited by the Hessen and other entities, therefore, the complete disruption of the market within Rheinland is a common interest. The people shall never be exposed to such threats again.

A social democracy.

Rheinland makes itself look like a democracy when it is just a curtain that hides its dark sides. The government is being heavily influenced by the corporations in Rheinland and does not support the people of Rheinland that aren't satisfying their thirst for profit and power. The Bundestag has not taken any significant action in terms of the situation in Munich and none in terms of the situation in Omega-11. The government and all its representatives need to be removed from their positions, the corporate influence from the politics need to be radically exterminated and the market has to be regulated enough so that nobody in Rheinland is suffering hunger while a small part can enjoy massive luxury. The BDM has fed the population with lies and propaganda over many years while secretly planning to control the public like drones. The BDM command will be banned from Rheinland space and prosecuted for their treacherous acts and experiments conducted at their facilities kept secret from the public.

Unconditional basic income.

3.000 Sirius credits are the minimum for Rheinland's people that are needed for basic supplies and a place to live. Every citizen of Rheinland requires this amount to live every month. No matter if child or adult, everyone should receive this amount of money every month. In exchange, all social costs such as workplace support, child support, and rent. This will strengthen the middle class of Rheinland a lot and improve a motivation to live the life with more granted chances. The workers of Rheinland will be able to fulfill their dreams better without having to fear that their existence is being ruined. Workers that decide to work less due to this change will create more workplaces for citizens that are jobless, which are still too many. This will bring Rheinland new prosperity, less unemployment and more happiness.

Peace with the Gas Miners Guild.

Recently, Rheinland declared an unjustified war on the GMG for an attack they did not commit. This useless warfaring needs to stop. Innocent people are being hurt and killed, useless war efforts are being made and money is being wasted when there are several economic and social problems in Rheinland that need to be fixed. The Gas Miners Guild is a very useful company for Sirius and has deserved its success through hard work. They will replace the environment-damaging Thorium MOX from Rheinland that the government keeps to not be dependent on the Guild. This will also improve the waste problem in Rheinland massively.

Help for Munich and Omega-11.

It cannot be that the government ignores the millions of people whose lives are currently being threatened in the said systems. The people will be evacuated to safe locations where they will be supported in the finding for a new existence and work as much as possible. The ignorance and bloodlust of the Rheinland government will lead to Rheinland's demise if continued.

Improved working conditions.

It is a shame that companies like Kruger and Daumann dare to declare us as a threat to their workers when they are bigger threats to themselves than anybody else. The inhumane working conditions for workers on outskirt bases like Solarius or Elbich need to be improved drastically. Those people work in heat with barely enough pay, dangerous work environments and tragical accidents that occur from time to time. Despite their suffering, you will always hear the transport captains with loads full of ore worth millions of credits saying that everything is fine. Another example of how the elite forgot the smaller people.

Fight where it is needed.

The Rheinland war machine is capable of doing a lot good for the citizens but it decides not to. The troops that are being used to fight innocent gas miners should be used to fight back the Corsair threat in Omicron Xi and Munich behind Nuremberg. The Corsairs are nothing but a threat to the people in Rheinland, the GMG, however, is not. The threat could be pushed back way further already if Rheinland wouldn't waste its troops and money on wars that won't gain anything in the end. The conquest for Planet Saigon in Sigma-21 needs to stop, this is not the crusades.

Tax.

The elite of Rheinland has been extorting the lower class for ages, this is not only a problem in Rheinland but in middle-class whole. The middleclass has to be actively supported, so that Rheinland becomes an equal place of opportunity for everyone. The maximum tax rate applies to the middleclass too early and will only be used on citizens that earn more than 5 million/month.

Child support.

Children are the root for a prospering nation, we cannot survive if we do not make having children as easy and comfortable as possible, that's why parents in Rheinland, especially new Rheinland, will be heavily supported. A family with 2 parents and 1 child shall get at least 6.000SC per month and a single parent 7.500SC per month. This should also cover the costs for early education.

Higher education.

Universities demand tons of money and the educated class of Rheinland is shrinking with every year. Universities should be financially promoted and supported so that a far reach of students can study more efficiently and for free, education is a right, not a privilege. Only through education, the Bundschuh has become what it is.

Climate and waste.

Out of all houses, Rheinland has always been the biggest garbage producer, mainly due to the reliance on MOX and nuclear power. The nuclear power is dangerous and dirty, although strong. While this serves well for the business of our friends of the ALG. We need to find a better source of fuel and energy, the easiest possibility would be H-Fuel, which is cheap and only produces water as a waste product. ALG should not be left out here, though, ALG has to be supported in this case to become a useful factor in any kind of fuel and energy distribution.
