Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren of the Order Overwatch,
Please grant me a few seconds to briefly introduce myself and what I am representing. My name is Emmanuel von Gottschall, and I am acting as Parteivorsitzender der Partei Für Ein Neues Rheinland. The Partei functions as the political and diplomatic branch of the organization known as Die Weiße Rose, a movement closely affiliated with the Bundschuhbewegung in Rheinland. While our party manifesto and general believes deviate from the former lead of the Bundschuh, namely Freya Eistochter, Die Weiße Rose and with it the Partei Für Ein Neues Rheinland share the overall ambitions of the Bundschuh. However, we wish to grant an alternative to everybody not falling into line with the past party.
As such, we would like to establish contact with the Order Overwatch, a long and trustworthy ally of the Bundschuh in general. Ever since the destructive nomad war, which has shown us to what great amount the Rheinland Government can fall prey to deeds of darkness - in this case the nomads and theirlike -, the Bundschuh could call the Order a reliable friend, and vice versa. It is reason enough for me to intent to keep those relations up, as they have proven to be both fruitful and expedient.
Fighting nomads and infectees in the ranks of Rheinland happens to be an objective on our top priority list. Our Fatherland is still to be considered a breeding ground for nomad operations, a problem that needs to find an end, rather sooner than later. Much effort is still to be expended to eliminate the nomad threat inside Rheinland, until our people can finally live in safety again, without any alien machinations.
To expedite this cleaning process, Die Weiße Rose wishes to enter in a mutual information exchange pact with the Overwatch, to ensure that nomad activities inside Rheinland can be countered more effectively from now on by both you and us. There might also be the opportunity for joint operations in Rheinland in case a future situation calls for such.
Last but not least, I would also like to point out that the technology the Overwatch can provide, ships and weaponry alike, has built up a reputation of being effective and deadly. If your organizations allows such, our military would be more than pleased to have some magnificent specimens of the Order's fabrications in its rank.

The White Rose
It has been a while since we heard about our Bundschuh allies. Last time we had heard from VWA, they were going under highly turbulent state of internal elections with major players such as Freya Eistochter and Annika Haupt missing and Klugmann himself declared traitor to Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee and Bundschuh as a whole. What is left to my knowledge is fragmented but still loyal to the cause of Volksrevolution at large. A sad day, concerning all three individuals were valued allies of The Order Overwatch. Cannot undo what has happened however.
The Order as always stands firm on their assurances towards ridding entire Sirius free of Nomad infestation. While were not an active player on either side of Rheinland civil war, situation had changed due to interference of now independent BDM agency. They had branded The Order traitors, assaulted our people and aligned with Core almost overnight. We were vary of them, yet this shift makes us... inquisitive concerning real motivators behind Buro's actions. The Order will stand with Bundschuh against any of its enemies so long same can be expected from you. Our faith, actions and assets placed on the board to perpetuate your movement had never been invain or wasted.
Partei Vorsitzender Freya Eistochter in year 822 A.S. signed a mutually binding treaty that guarantees adequate support to Bundschuh, including use of Order hardware in exchange of forming baseline for The Order operations in Rheinland from your own installations. I see it myself that we are partners, each crippled in some way without help of another. I will attach Sigma Alliance treaty for careful study of the White Rose. While it is infact branded under Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee, it was done while said organization served as an umbrella for every sub-group, minor or major in current internal dynamics.
White Rose is free and encouraged to open their own diplomatic mission within The Order Protectorate. While it is not within factual state of Rheinland, it is seen by us that Bundschuh lost a major refuge and safe haven within Luneburg star system with recent invasion of Federal forces currently aggregating about Hammersee colony. The Bielefield stands and it is unlikely to change in the near future, yet it is also no longer that far from BDM's lapdogs sight.

The Bundschuh as a whole has indeed suffered under several unfortunate circumstances in the past, being left in a state of internal struggle during said elections. It was due to this obvious power vacuum that we, die Weiße Rose, finally decided to make our party, which originates out of the Bundschuh, public and declare sovereignty from the former Bundschuh movement. With this decision, we are hoping to make the Bundschuh an overall more dominant force in Rheinland again, and to push forward our ideals once and for all.
I agree that the BDM is to be considered a major contracting party for both our organizations. A factor that should rather be eliminated sooner than later, as it has become more and more apparent the Büro is more and more acting on its own behalf, striving more for personal advantages than for the safety of Rheinland's populace. They have been corrupted by the power they are holding, turning to mere shadows of their former self. Our attempts to push our objectives forward, in order to create a more democratic state, are being offensively countered by their forces, making it clear on what side they stand. This has to end.
As much as we expect you to aid us in our struggle against the Büro, the Overwatch can expect Die Weiße Rose to aid its forces in any kind of struggle against its foes. Be aware however that our movement is still young and needs to prosper first to live up to its full potential. While we can't be ostentatious with our forces right now, it is a safe fact that they could theoretically make the decisive difference in battle, but nothing more. We hope the Overwatch will understand this matter of fact. Of course, our effort will remain in making our numbers grow.
I have spent the adequate time to read through the Sigma Alliance Treaty from 823 A.S., signed by Frau Eistochter. While we ar anything but conform with everything she had decided over the last years, I don't see any reason why we should not continue said treaty under the conditions mentioned in it. It is just as you said yourself, the Overwatch and the Bundschuh are both crippled without each other, having been partners since several decades. Your vessels are, as always, freed to dock on our stations at your disposal. In return, we will order a few of your crafts in the near future
I am happy to hear that the Order Overwatch is considering the matter similarly to how we do.
