This message was intercepted at aprox 2:21ACST +9:30 While the Rhineland Government denies that any of its ships were destroyed and stated that is must have been some civilian vessel playing a prank. We have footage to the opposite taken buy witnesses that Tipped us off to this event.


From sources inside the government that wish to be unnamed we have been told that the {Jade}Defiant a RH Battle Cruiser only brought into service this week was critically damaged and then destroyed buy a Kusari Battle Ship after the BS refused to drop illegal cargo and opened fire on the brand new vessel

The cruiser did not even put up a fight witnesses state it just went down with out even damaging the battleships shield at all. This one on one match ended in the Kusari_McNeo (The Kusari Vessel In Question) escaping to a unknown location. Leaving the remains of the Defiant floating in space around New Berlin.

The Rhineland forces shortly after this incident Dispatched the Defiants sister ship also called the Defiant to Bonn Station where it is believed this same Kusari vessel destroyed the second RH Battle Cruiser, However the RM government claims that neither event ever happened even with all the witnesses of both attacks.

Its great that i can do so much in Rhineland and how they do so little.
I was hearing rumours that RM was weak but it never occured to me that i could walk in there and nothing would happen.

Anyway, i was asked to hand over my contraband and denied the request. The Defiant opened up on me with little effect. I returned fire woth my superior guns and destroyed the first Defiant. The crew fought valiantly and never retreated, i also found that the captain had "gone down with the ship".

The Second Defiant was just asking for it so as soon as i recieved a comms message from it, i destroyed it. I guess the crew was so stunned that they only got off a few shots before they too were destroyed.

I do wish to inform the RM that i, Kusari_McNeo was responsible for the attacks. However, the rhineland people have no need to fear me as i am thinking of retiring in a short period.

I may come back to haunt the military services of Rhineland one day and god help them when i do.

Is Rhineland looking at a new threat from Kusari; Is this a test of the RM by the Kusari Government of even the Yakuzas? only time will tell. But one things for sure....
Somone is out for RM's neck and nothing will get in their way.

We can no longer pretend this attack did not happen it would seem.

With so many of our forces focusing on the Bundschuh threat it would appear that we may have left New Berlin under defended, only having the 2 cruisers in the system both being the newly commissioned defiant class vessels which were both compleatly untested in battle situations.

Both ships have been officially declared lost with 150 Casualties 75 for each ship, the pirate left no survivors. At last update one BS member was able to damage the enemy vessel enough so that it retreated back to Yangi Station at the loss of the BS ship as well.

This is all were are going to say for now.
Condolences will be issued shortly to all the fallen warriors

Mcneo, you cannot call a faction weak when you get on at a time where your only going to see Jade at the moment. Your not getting on when Kane or Virus gets on, so you have yet to face their best. Therefor, you cannot call them weak. Marauder did the same thing to AW. He Torpedoed FP9 once, then days after said we did not defend FP9 because we were not there when he got to it again. Fact was, however that he simply got on at a totally different time than Alpha, Korrd, and I, the three most active AW, get on. Its not like people can get on whenever YOU want them to. they have lives.
