In light of a few recent events, and the overall stagnation of our disagreements, I would like to propose an idea. You have had your way with Finn McCool, his clear humiliation and defeat against your personnel has more than justified penance for his opinions of your conglomerate. I tend to believe a different set of ideals. It doesn't take a genius to recognize that our conflicts together hinder both of us from our full potential, with our operations and gathering almost completely cut off, and the cost of your imposition of influence to keep it so. I'm sure the civilian populations caught in the struggle between Core and Zoner can agree that we must do something different if we wish to move forward. So the idea I'm proposing is that we, obviously, have some sort of collaboration. We greatly need the resources available in the Edge Worlds to continue our group's original purpose, and I believe you will find that our offer is more than sufficient. I'm willing to offer a tithe, if you will, of resources gathered if you will allow us nearly unhindered operation within the Omicrons. That is with the exception of Rho; I acknowledge that a home system such as yours shouldn't have unwelcome guests. With our corporation capable of efficiently harvesting the nearby Azurite and Iridium, we could lower your operation costs significantly; we may not be able to offer you significant credits to buy your support, as your equity with APM is far beyond ours, however, any sane businessperson knows not to waste an opportunity. I'm sure if the public appeal of The Core improved among Zoners, your influence would be equally bolstered. Not to mention it would allow your forces to focus your efforts on your actual enemies.
Of course, I'm not truly in a position to negotiate, but hopefully we can reach an agreement of mutually satisfactory terms.

Your message was expected, but not expected at the same time. Naturally, every group that wants to operate within Omicrons efficiently will seek for our friendship. I am really glad to see that you are not an enemy to yourself and obviosuly working in favor of your group. Core welcomes scientific development and general human progress.
Security conditions require you to follow Core laws and common sense. I don't want to see you helping terrorist groups based on Freeport 11 and so-called "Order" assets. We do not require you to assist our forces, we do have an upper hand in this conflict.

I appreciate the transparency you have offered; I just want to reach a point where frivolous strife can be avoided. The Order has run their course with us, as they are no longer allowing me to even travel their so-called "territory." There are those among our group that do have their distasteful history with The Core, and I ask that we reach a position that such distaste does not affect our ability to coexist. I will brief my personnel of all of your regulations that we may follow them. This does, however bring up the point of our interest in Azurite and other nomadic materials, as I believe it is considered contraband. I don't know if an exception can be made, but I would greatly appreciate it if such an arrangement can be made. Perhaps you intend for those negotiations to take place with McKinsey, to which I understand if that is your goal. Your conditions are clear; we can no longer allow this endless strife to continue.

I am most pleased to witness, what may very well evolve into the dawn of a fruitful relationship between our organizations, i.e. Ingenuus Research Group and The Core/AP Manufacturing tandem. As Guildkeeper Enma Loyola pointed out, advancement in technology, human condition or simply general welfare of our kind, if you prefer, are to be no less then the goal per se in our ongoing endeavors. I for one truly believe in a sense of obligation for any man in the right position to either pursue a path of corporal and spiritual improvement for himself and his kin or at the very least further those who do, exitus acta probat.
On behalf of AP Manufacturing and with regard to the interests of The Core, I welcome the opportunity to making a common effort for establishing a state of mutual understanding. However sublime our higher purposes in serving humanity may be, both IRG and APM are still business bound entities in a rather mundane manner - in that we rely on funds, benefits and profits to maintain. Before we venture forth together we must first see how one can cover the corporate side of our collaboration. Then again I believe that is also what you had in mind in your initial message.
To cut long story short, I may to assure you that AP Manufacturing has perfectionalized highly cost efficient techniques and technologies of azurite harvest, thus we are conducting such operations purely on our own, rendering your proposal of a tithe interest redundant I am afraid. Nevertheless, there are certain other ways of reaching a lucrative agreement for both our companies as each has something to offer the other would care to obtain. That is why I propose a sort of broadened quid pro quo as follows.
AP Manufacturing will gladly provide Ingenuus Research Group with all the azurite gas it requires. You would be granted permission for uninhibited iridium and azurite haulage within Imperium Omicronis as well as that of export beyond its borders (with the exception of territories controlled by organizations considered hostile to The Core), provided that you will acquire the said minerals exclusively from AP Mining Divisions, either directly or via request at our Viator Shipping and Commercial Services site. Naturally, we would agree on a fixed mobilization cost per batch beforehand.
In return AP Manufacturing seeks an easened requisitioning process for Ingenuus Power Cells with concessional pricing and lifting of the quantitative limits. As you see, this way we ensure that both premises on which our organizations stand, profitability and cause videlicet, are well covered.

I have just had a teleconference over supper with Guildmistress Loyola regarding current events - evolving prospects of a common future for APM and IRG among other things. Although I am not much of a politician, rather an enterprising business man, I have grown wise enough to consider the sense of greater good in certain intricate matters, such as the Freeport 11 case. Madam Loyola advocates a simple solution to everyone’s benefit. Trusting that you concur with her proposition as voiced in her last message, I hereby present a revised set of terms for our joint endeavor.
To begin with, AP Manufacturing is ready to grant Ingenuus Research Group a permanent concessional mobilization discount for all requested mining operations. Instead of the regular fees, the charge would be a mere 10.000.000 S.C. per fill-up for Iridium ore and Azurite respectively - if you wish to move our minerals, we will gladly extract them for you cost efficiently.
Venturing forth, we may adopt a slightly different variant of cooperation if you decide to aid the Guildmistress in a quest for peace with the people of Freeport 11, or rather with their legal representatives to express it precisely. In that case I will be pleased to show utmost appreciation by granting Ingenuus Research Group the privilege you strive for since your initial intent, viz. permission to both harvest and haul minerals within Imperium Omicronis with only mild supervision on our part, once the matter is resolved accordingly.

After hard contemplation of your previous offer, and some internal discussion, it was difficult to come to a conclusion as to what was the most beneficial; however, in light of recent events around Freeport 11, your new offer is much more enticing. It is well within acceptable terms, as armistice is a high priority and freedom to both gather and ship resources is nearly equally as important. I hereby accept your offer. I will also be issuing a statement on the topic of Freeport 11, as it seems both parties are interested in having my support for an end to our conflict. I'm glad we have finally come to a place where we can find common ground.
As a slight side note, some congratulations to you, Guildmistress, for both promotion and progress. I will be contributing my input on that predicament soon, as stated above.
