Works on the construction of the new base and mining operation are under way, and RM cover of our work and routes into and out sigma-15 being wonderful so far. But, as tensions get higher on our border, and that operation is strategic for Rhein self sufficiency, im sending to you this to ask permission for Kruger to order from DHC the production of a Battlecruiser class "Tirpitz" ship, and 2 units of the Cruiser class "Donau".

That way, RM units involved in covering that operation can be moved more freely, if the need arises, Kruger security will use the battlecruiser and one of the cruisers to protect the sigma-15 operation and route to there, and the other cruiser, shall help defend mineral operation in ômega-7 system, and route to DHC shipbuildings facilitys.
