Honorable members of The Hogosha Association!

My name is Michael Jones, a member of Gaian Guard. Although a veteran of the Gaian ranks, I am fairly new in the ranks of the Guard so I am sure you haven't heard about me yet. Nevertheless, as of my recent reinstatement to active service, I am already stuffed with work. To ease off the numerous assignments from Guard's senior members, I have offered to give them a hand and have been appointed to contact you about a matter crucial to us. If the war didn't bled us so far, our current engagements on several fronts surely will. Our supply convoys are stretching thin and are unable to cover the vast amount of supplies that are spent daily. As we believe, your association can offer us a solution.

We require two (2) of SHI 1800 "Raba" Hogosha Armored Transport to meet our needs for constant supply of our bases. With your vessel's outstanding defense capabilities; shown in potentially massive damage output, substantial amount of power generated and hull strength comparable to gunboat-class vessels, this craft can offer us exactly what we require. A battletransport capable of supplying our forward bases while being able to fend off any attackers. Additionally, using them we can safely traverse trough war-torn Taus and increase the trade with our Kusari allies; You and Farmers Alliance.

We understand how valuable those vessels are, and I hope you understand how helpful those crafts would be to the Guard. As we are reasonable, we do not simply demand them. I am sure my organisation can offer you something in return to compensate the costs of construction. Ask and you shall be given!

Greetings Michael Jones-san, I'm Hebishima of the Association. Our organizations have held a longstanding partnership over the past years, and indeed the Guard has exchanged their services for ships in the past. While it seems there was some sort of record keeping regarding any hardware the Association has requested from the Gaians, we did no promoted the efforts of recording the reverse, other than the Bumblebee that was exchanged.

As it stands, the Guard has provided us with good favors in the past, and I'll pass word onward to the Association Oyabun to approve a license for the Guard of two or more Raba transports and their maintenance. We should have a couple of them ready to be fitted and deployed into your care soon.

Regarding your offer of services, the syndicate I represent might soon require some goods that are decently produced in Bretonia, and would like to count on your aid to acquire them. I'll let you know more details soon, but consider them as stepping stones for the delivery of more transports.

I or a colleague of mine will give word to you soon regarding the release of any available Rabas in the meantime.

Mister Hebishima!

As my previous dealing with your organisation happened many years ago, I am delighted to see that the bond linking our organisations is still strong and it is my deepest desire to keep it that way. As of your generous approval of the vessels that we required, we thank you. They will arrive at most crucial time for the Gaian movement; giving us upper edge over the enemies and strengthening our almost broken supply lines.

Concerning our part of the bargain; since the Gallic invasion, the Gaians have trouble acquiring certain goods, but I am sure that will not pose a problem. I can assure you that any kind of goods you require from our logistic department, your request will be processed with highest priority and delivered to you immediately. The Hogosha Associaton has not failed to help the Gaian Guard once again, so the Gaian Guard will not fail to help the Hogosha Association either.

Michael Jones-san, it seems that there was little reaction from our side to the Guard generous offers of logistical assistance. I'm sorry for the delays that I and others have caused.

The Association has liberated the two Rabas that were licensed to the Guard, and having finished minimum operation requirements, they were sent with a basic crew of our own to a known Gaian outpost to be operated under your men. My only request is that you arrange passage for our crews back to Kusari, as soon as possible.

If you have the need for altering your current vessel license, feel free to contact us to discuss changes.

As a side request, could I bother your time for some Whiskey? It seems there is a reasonable demand for new supplies on the Golden Dragon Casino, and an order of 7000 crates has been put up in our internal channels. If the Gaians could sell it for us, we would be willing to add a 20 Million bonus on top of the regular import price you are awarded. Do consider.

The delay is most understandable, I am well aware you are a very busy man. First and foremost, I thank you for your generous gift of two Rabas. The vessels shall be a fine addition to the Guard.

As for your request; you can expect a shipment of Whiskey to arrive together with your crew to Kabukicho Depot within few days. The bonus is not required. The Hogosha Association has not failed the Gaian Guard, so the Gaian Guard will not fail the Hogosha Association either. I will inform you after the completion of delivery.
