You are for sure aware about negotiations happening around Freeport 11. I expect you to act bigger role than you do right now. Ex-Core prisoner, was leading confederation during the attacks, even those who are willing to fight until the end will listen. I don't have to exaplain that force that will be freed after peace will be directed to strike down the Order.
In the end I need only one thing, this thing is the result. I want to hear how are you intend to do it, you know Zoners better than me after all.
To make something good is to make something that can’t be broken. And the only way to do that is to break everything...

I've seen the reports and the messages from the Confederation regarding such events. It started with Erzie and the IRG seeking peace. It is amusing to see how such feeble attempts at peace ultimately play into the great game of war.
They know of my return, and they have embraced us with open and heartfelt arms. While new leadership has been appointed in both the CoF and the IRG, my influence still remains. The Zoners will always seek peace over war, will negotiate down to their last breath. It is with such knowledge that we start our turn in the game. Zoners will never openly side with anyone, but their hidden deals and negotiations will eventually expose them and their allies lost. More specifically, a deal with the Core will alienate them from the Order. The Order will react in their own way - shoot first, ask questions later. We use this to our advantage. Perhaps two birds with one stone?
But such plans should be made once the Zoner and Core peace has been established. I will add my voice and weight to such a agreement. The Ex-Core prisoner, providing the surprising news that such an agreement is in everyone's best interest, will not go unnoticed.
In order for such to happen, I will need you to keep the Core forces at bay, not just in action, but in words. If I recall correctly, the first bombing of Freeport 11 was over a pack of smokes and the words that they would not be returned. Such situations cannot happen, otherwise the Zoners will withdraw from this deal. If this is to happen, the Core must interact with Zoners in such a way that shows they are willing to work with them. Win their hearts, and in the process destroy their allegiances. For my part, I will do the same as my position allows.
Time to move the pieces into place... as well as have a drink.
After we make up this peace agreement, I would gladly share with you a bottle of some good alcohol. For now our direct meeting can bring more harm than be useful, so you have to drink on your own. Well, I suggest you to start acting in the most decisive manner now. I am currently working with a number of Zoner leaders and a lot of them are reasonable people.
Naturally, pulling most of the blame on the Order is our best take on it. But in the same time I would not overdo with that. With a signed document of peace we will have a good propaganda ground. But even then, Zoners in Kappa and Sigma-15 are seemly afraid of us, despite the fact that we did not harm them in the most dramatic moments. I gave orders to not engage the Zoners while political process is going on. This move is one sided, I'm not sure if anyone on the other side will open fire.
Even more, you might point out that we would defend zoners of Theta shall Corsairs ever try to violate their rights. In other words, just be realistic with them and try to calm down all emoes, that should be enough.
Is that clear, senor McCool? I think you are quite intelligent to understand it all on your own, giving you additional motivation would not harm, right?
