It is no secret that there is something large at work at Wolfsburg Shipyard, though I did not have the liberty to the information, it does not take a genius to infer of something large in the works. If what you require is indeed a capable man to oversee the Hessian end of operations, you've found your man. I will need a full brief of the project and full access to all portions of the schematics. If it's a new construction, it likely has a supply listing; I'll need that as well. I will also need full authority over the Zoner teams to properly control the project.

My apologies for failing to include this in the above files, you're certainly correct. The original agreement between the Ingenuus Research Group and the Red Hessians was to provide extreme funding and resource procurement, which the Hessians still possess, in exchange for a specialized Jormungand adapted to our future plans of deep Edge World mineral procurement. Additionally, with our support to the movement, the Red Hessians agreed to deter the Corsairs, as their actions against the IRG have hindered our profits with stolen property and trade sanctions. The Manifest displays the shipping status of all necessary parts, and I leave it to your capable methods to report the construction status. From what time has gone by, I would infer that the super structure is nearly completion, but I ask that you verify that if it is incorrect.
Our dealings with Generalmajor Heinrich also involved the modifications of fighters to make superior performance available... for a price. Our allegiance previously pledged still remains, and our disclosure of information to other sects is limited as if this were a top secret endeavor. I look forward to your contributions to this project, and if you require any additional resources or personnel, please inform me as quickly as allowed. We would like to see the completion of this project in the coming months if possible, and are prepared to take all measures to ensure its timely completion.

This should all complete necessary shipments. We will be sending additional construction crew to be at your disposal to hasten production as much as possible. Please let me know if there are superfluous numbers of crew, as I have new purpose for them. Surely you're familiar with the destabilization of relations in the Omicrons, as the Corsairs now plan to treat the Ingenuus Research Group as combatants, and we must be prepared. I would also appreciate any additional training the Hessians can offer my crew, as "Zoners" and "combat specialist" usually aren't used in the same sentence.
Please keep me posted on the status of the construction, as I would like to move certain equipment on board once it is ready. If you need anything else, simply let me know.
