Merc-Jarrad.Darran , Cheeta , [SPF]Neo has/have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17/01/2009 for:

Quote:5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.

However, the fleeing player can re-engage at will if chased.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold.

Notes: Sure he was fleeing, but he was fleeing on thrusters. That means you can't engage cruise to catch up and blow him away.

Sorry, I didn't know about which occasion this was based, but if I was the one who caught up. The rules don't tell it isn't allowed to catch up by cruising, good thing to now in next occasions.

lol my post was removed within 10 minutes haha when i obviously was invloved considering i referred to one being me and elaborated on the situation. Good guess at knowing the person before me is involved though eh? Or is it biased moderating/adminning hmmmmmmmmm.

w/e to sum up my post, admins here dont know how to be admins. With my first sentence just adding more fact to it. One sided stories are great to sanction people with, then refuse to even hear the other side of the story right? So if someone gets stabbed they can go take a picture of someone with a knife and say HE DID IT and thats all the evidence needed. No possibility that maybe the person in the picture was assaulted first. But what can you expect eh? its not like you guys are trained or paid for it.;)Well i have been, and will gladly point out how flawed the admin style is here, and i will be right.

And of course sir, you do know how to do it ? And everyone else is always right, its never ever their fault at
all is it. And as usual you have been there seen it, done it, got the t-shirt.
If and when you can provide us with contrary evidence, we would be glad to take another look. But of course
as an admin, you will appreciate its not like we haven't heard this before, or of course seen this type of behaviour.
As an admin, I would have thought you would have known better, but hey, what do I know, I'm just a poor
unpaid one ...

Edit ive decided ill be kind ill only say one part of the wall of text i had here.

The one part: When someone addresses your admin skills, and you actually respond, and with your fashion......Yeah. Although hats off this is much more than what you said to me in game when i asked for help, i see where you interests lie in administration.

A player ended up helping me after all of this.

Uh huh... Topic locked. Stop talking crap in sanctions.

Those actually involved with the sanction can PM me or another admin and have this thread re-opened so they can post.
