Cloak unmountable

Greets,
I can't unmount my MKII Advanced cloak from my battlecruiser. I also can't unmount my armor to fix it myself.
Can an admin please unmount it for me? It would also be good to have an own thread in the "Player Help" section for this issue.

Try unmounting them when you're in Equipment shop window, not F7 window, see if that helps!

It's the same problem I had when I bought the Hyperspace Thingy from you. If you manage to unmount your armor, I can log in and help you move it to another ship.

It'a a space problem. For some reason, when you unmount equipment, it temporarily requires 2x cargo space.

You need to clear some space, then get your stuff back.

Thanks for the advise guys, but I can't do much here. The armor is unmountable, as well as the cloak(not even in shop window). The guns wouldn't give enough space to unmount it.

I solve that problem by unequping everithing that has some weight first (Shield-50 space, weapons-5 space each, some CM and thruster types-25 space each), give all that to a friend in conn, then dock, unmount CAU, give that as well, then unmount Cloak, give it as well, then take back all equipment.
Another way is to sell Cloak to your POB, then buy it back with another ship.

You will find your Ship is at a NPC Base near your Base.

Just sell the cloak to your Base, this is always the easy way.
