Hail, Ladies and gentlemen.
For those who do not remember myself, we quite often were caught in several negotiations between the house of Bretonia and the house of Rheinland, but that all took part a few years ago, just before I retired from active duty.
My Name is Commodore Sir Finlay O’Dukes, Lord Hamilton, I got back into service after the recent developments with the kingdom of Gallia disturbed my retirement on planet Curacao, showing me that my kingdom is more than ever before in need of the services of the Merchant Navy.
Our home system of Leeds fell, and I have now taken over again command of the Merchant Navy. By having a look on the supply lines we were building up again, I have found the old contract having been made with the Federal Republic of Rheinland in the last year of my active service.
Though the existing contract never had been outdated, and the supply routes, the bretonian life line, got to an increasing importance again, I want the old contract being signed by my old ally and friend Joachim Landers to be re-signed.
The goal never has changed, so I think it will not be a problem to get it signed by the actual military command.
However, if you have any needs, anything that Bretonia can serve you with, like good we can export and that you are in need of, please let us know. We are able to provide you with gold or med-stasis bands, for example, in exchange for the military vehicles that are one of the goods we would need from Rheinland.
(as a short addition of myself: We are of course wiping out the proofs of manufacturing, so that no one can trace the origin of the tanks being used in combat)
I would be glad to see a confirming message of yours soon, so we can keep the supplies rolling.
With best regards, and in everlasting faith of her majesty, Carina, Regina, Imperatrix!
Commodore Sir Finlay O’Dukes, Lord Hamilton

Herr Hamilton;
For the time being your license stands and you shall proceed as you have done before.
I'm afraid however that you must still abide the laws of our house regarding military vehicles and other items that are particularized within it. Further inspection and the possibility of the contract's expansion will be considered by the Bundestag.
