Guten Tag, Director Taylor,
My name is Albert Weis. You may know me as the overseer of Projekt Himmel, but I am most known for my scientific advancements in DWR. As I am the head of science at Die Weiße Rose, Kommandant von Degurechaff found it necessary to place me here to work with you on the construction of Projekt Himmel.

We now have the materials needed to build it, so now we need to decide where on Fort Carthage it should be built, and how it should be built. Kommandant von Degurechaff should have given you the basic layout of the ship, but we need to handle the intricacies of both the exterior and interior.
