Fulda Incident
You are right to assume that something is awry with all events pertaining to the 2nd Sigma war. We had been monitoring activities at the Rheinland-Kusari with most interest and were actively engaged in the investigation.
Most of it had already been touched in special issue of The Order Protectorate News, namely publication no. 10 and 11 but I will summarize this for you alltogether with more recent information we had acquired since.
It is to our Intelligence Division without doubt that one of the Das Wilde cells have orchestrated fall of Fulda as a bait to rising nationalistic tendencies into commiting to yet another conflict with intend to keep Federal Republic weak and ripe for Nomad invasion. Literally all known roster of the assault team were people marked as missing for weeks, months... some even years worth noting some of the dissapearances taking place in further reaches of Crow... and the Edge nebula. All that were captured and delivered to The Order facilities were confirmed as infectees and needed to be put down.
No currently standing member of the Guild were present in the attack, though hardware must had ben supplied from the within organization though an agent confirmed dead in mysterious circumstances after the incident. The battleship decoy used to threaten Rheinland colony of Hammersee also did not matched any known GMG configuration known to The Order, all Imperial-era starships restored to modern standards in the aftermath of 80 years war. The so called battleship Hanjin of the Guild is in fact Federal-era dreadnought that dissapeared like many others of its kind during 800 A.S. Nomad War. We all know what it means.
Known Nomad agent, Enma Loyola of the Core had invaded Sigma constellation at first opportunity. She had since been purged from Core active ranks and there were no known raids against Guild space since then... I suppose their internal security kicked in with considerable delay. Along that, the Unioners have resumed their attacks against The Order, with an odd statement on top of that. The revelant personnel had been purged as The Order does not joke about such matters. The Rheinland's Buro actively pursue Rheinland's expansion beyond its customary borders and Core along with dissident Omicron "Zoners" staged distractions preventing us from deploying our full force in first stage of the Sigma invasion to repell Rheinlanders. Zoners as a whole, formerly staunch ally of the GMG have completely forsaken their ally. Such acts of betrayal are stragenly common among their kind lately but I digress.
There is nothing to be gained from any side. The Guild is primarly interested in fulfilling its obligations to the Sirius, their territorial contests limited to far-away border systems. Rheinland has no assets to succesfully conquer the Sigmas and Wedjat estimates that Kusari distrusts both sides. Only one entity, not of humankind has any sort of advantage in reigniting hopeless conflict in which everyone looses.

Thank you for your information. It only confirms what our independent investigation has brought up, namely a confession of a Cultist pointing to Aoi Iseijin as primary instigators of the war. Despite best efforts we failed to find any evidence incriminating Enma Loyola, as it seems that her involvement started only after the charade was over.
