.:Topic: Greetings and New Installation:.
My name is Rick Tiltman, the newest Arbiter of the Junker's Congress. I believe we have met maybe once? If not let this stand as our formal greeting. I am aware that we have decent relations with both of your organizations and that both of you have a fairly sizable stake in the political sphere of the Bering System.
Now onto the matter at hand:
Today I was on Freeport 2 doing some business, when upon leaving I noticed a new installation, Bristol Depot. I enacted a formal contact of its owners and I will let you know if anything of note comes of it. Currently the station seems to have restricted docking access, however after the Dagger Complex fiasco, I would like to know that we are all on the same page. It is your choice to initiate contact of your own.
A pleasure to meet you, Arbiter Tiltman. I do not believe I have met you before, but I could be mistaken. As for Bristol Depot, this is one of our facilities intended to defend the Freeport from the Navy's aggressive pushes and maintain presence around the area, as well as providing a safe haven to those that require it. I understand your alarm at new facility and apologize that our friends were not informed of our action. You may put your fears to rest, as this will provide a nice haven around the Freeport for any Junker ships being attacked by Liberty forces to fall back to. I hope this clears things up.

.:Topic: Apologies!:.
Ah, my apologies!
As I mentioned, after the Dagger Complex fiasco I didn't want to take any chances. No hard feelings I hope?
I would like to thank you for your continued efforts in securing the Bering system. If we can aid in any way in keeping the station up and running do not hesitate to ask.
To: Jade Linford, Harmony From: Stefan Morgenstern, Die Reichsarbeitergesellschaft der Alster Union Subject: Bristol Depot
Frau Linford,
Indeed, after those actions on the part of the Liberty Sicherheitskräfte, we were worried about the unexpected appearance of a new station and had already prepared a fleet for the siege, but, apparently, this is no longer required. In any case, we would be grateful if you notify us before any actions, like this.
Die Alster Union also wants to to help and support you in building and improving the station. If you need anything, then ask and our logistics division will deliver it.
Auf wiedersehen, mein freunde.
Fur Rheinland,
Stefan Morgenstern,
Oberster Arbeiter, der Alster Union
