Konbanwa.
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Akiko Sato, a speaker for the Omicron Research Group. I am contacting you in the hope that your corporation would be in the interest of assisting the ORG in a few matters of expansion of civilian needs.
The Omicron Research Group is an Order based faction seeking to conduct exploratory journeys into the realm of the Edge Worlds to better understand the universe around us, and to possibly better humanity for the sake of survival. Being Order based, the ORG has its home in the Omicron Mu system, a system controlled by the Overwatch and proxy outfits such as the ORG for the continued operation of the Order and our allies to combat the alien threat to humanity. Recently, we've had stakes to expand our civilian and research capabilities by colonizing and expanding upon the moon Tingar, one of the terrestrial moons of the gas giant Nebet.
I am sending you this proposal under the hope that Synth Foods, with their knowledge of biodomes and food production, would be able to assist the ORG in this endeavor. I hope we can make this happen, as aid from Synth Foods would greatly help our endeavor to lead people on a life out here.
Stay safe out there, and I wish you the best in your endeavors.

Miss Sato.
I am rather surprised that any entity of the Order would contact us so suddenly, but I appreciate both the olive branch and the suggestion of business to be had. To be frank, I have little to no experience with the Omicron Mu sector, and neither do a majority of our staff - we tend to not stray much farther than Delta, and only then to supply the Zoner installations that so frequently come up for maintenance. As such, we have no real methods of evaluating Tingar at the present moment, without conducting any sort of on-site analysis.
Given that you're looking to conduct a civilian expansion planet (or should I say, moon-side), I believe we could come to an arrangement to at the very least survey and give our analysis and suggestions to your teams, and perhaps from there we can discuss future collaboration. Should you be so willing, I would have the Synth Foods Security Vessel Besigheim escort a team of our finest Bio-Engineers from Delta to Mu to undertake such an analysis, and report back to you with our findings. Do let us know.
Regards,
Jay Stevens

Greetings,
my name is Jacob Taylor, I'm the founder and current director of the Omicron Research Group. I apologize for the delayed response, I've been trying to get into contact with Order Overwatch to grant the Besigheim temporary access into the Omicron Mu system, thus far without success. However, to get things moving I've got an alternative. Your Bio-Engineers could meet up with one of our ships at a neutral base outside of order space and conduct the surveys from aboard our ship. Of course, I will be able to provide any additional equipment required on our ships for this.
I will keep you updated if things change on our side until then you should take our proposal into consideration.

Greetings again,
after waiting for a response from Order High Command for some time now, we've concluded that such will not come anytime soon. Therefore we've got a few options, seeing how Synth Foods hasn't been cleared to enter Order Space, we would either offer you to move the required equipment aboard one of our ships / get acquainted with the equipment already present on our research vessels, or enter the system only with a heavy ORG escort wing. That being said, our engineers are currently in the middle of setting up an orbital space station in Tingar's orbit build from a damaged liner. It currently hasn't reached full functionality, but it will able to support most kinds of research and survey activities so if your ships and engineers require a more permanent stay during the time of this operation, this will be your best choice in-system.
Whichever you choose, we'll make sure to give you more than enough time to take any readings you need for this undertaking.
