Dear Sir or Madam.
My name is Ishram Teweli and I represent Zoner-affiliated Canis Majoris Guild. In short, we are a group which aims for extraction and shipping of the Iridium Ore from Omicron Lost into different parts of Sirius Sector. I write to you in order to put a very... delicate request. We Zoners understand how valuable is Hispania or knowledge about the Sleeper Ship that gave birth to your wonderful nation. While we suppose that Hispania and its surroundings is off limits due to how important that place is to your nation in a scale I do not even dare to try to imagine, we would like to obtain the information in regard to its internal structure and hull layering. All that in order to find any scrap of technology or reuse the ingenuity of our common founding fathers that made our presence in Sirius a reality. No matter the current differences we all do hold, all of us, Sirians, must admit they had created something unbelievable for their times and their creativity is truly timeless, given how flawed and outdated technology they had to cope with. In return for the information, we can offer up to 10 000 tonnes of pure Iridium Ore to Planet Malta as the only form of gratutude we dare to think will be sufficient to you and your endeavours. Please do consider that request as an act of friendship in terms of trade and commerce.

Good evening.
The Council 'as deferred this issue of lesser importance to me, as it does not warrant their attention as it were. The 'Ispania is an artifact that defines Malta. As such, the Council does not allow undue disturbance of its rest. Given that the ship was also stripped of materials when Malta was colonized, there would not be anything for you to find anyways except corroded conduits and archaic 'ull plates. In addition, the 'Ispania 'as been known to be plagued by Coalition initiates from time to time, so it is likely that anything that might 'ave been overlooked by the earliest Outcasts 'as now found their way into the 'ands of the Coalition.
You would not find what you are looking for. Granting you permission to approach the 'Ispania is therefore not necessary. A good day to you.

Dear Sir or Madam.
We would like to point out that we never requested approach to the Hispania in the first place. That was neither our intention nor the requirement for our Group. If anything, we just outlined the fact that we would not approach to that relic of the past which is holy ground to your nation. We would never do that. I would like to put it in simpler words, because I think there had been some sort of serious misunderstanding. What we would like to have is plans of Hispania before it was stripped down of everything, because we do suspect such information would not go void for the sake of commemoration. That is, the blueprints of the vessel on what kind of internal built it had and what kind of coating it had is all we sincerely want. I am sorry if my request was misinterpreted as approach to the Hispania. Once again - that never was our intention.
