Dear recipient,
My name is "Crow". I am the captain of the 'Kokabiel', an Archer-Class SWAT Cruiser.
The ship has been under the control of me and a few crewmembers for around a while now, and we all agreed that we work too much.
This transmission is being sent to fix that problem. Hereby, I request the installation of my handmade AI Wings on the 'Kokabiel' to let us relief a bit.
The AI is made to follow certain protocols that I installed on it, and it can still be modified and changed. It is not an outstandingly smart AI that can learn, but it is a good assistance for our board-computers and the crewmembers who work on them.
Furthermore, I would like to ask for access to the entire criminal-Database that the police and millitary have, so that I can program them into the AI for the maximum efficiency of it.
In case of trouble, questions or other thing's that require my presence, you can find me at the One Police Plaza in Colorado.
For further communications, I recommend using a higher encryption, as personal information and secret information about the AI or my persona may be leaked.

First of all, thank you very much for responding, Commissioner Dawn.
It is a pity to hear that the criminal-databases are still not accessable for some policemen, but I will leave that topic to other officers.
The main reason for the transmission however was a request to install the ID on the personal cruiser "Kokabiel".
I still demand an answer about said topic, as we are still short of personeel.

Mr Crow,
The LPI is not responsible for any maintenance or modifications done to the "Archer"-class siege cruisers or any heavier vessels. These ships are leased from the Navy and they do all of this.
I suggest you reach out to them regarding this issue.
