I am Kiko Nakano of the Golden Chrysanthemums. I have been operating a transport that has helped supply Catania Station, and deliver its mining products to Bretonia, so I am familiar with your organization, although you may not know me personally. I am representing a group of Golden Chrysanthemum sisters known as the Shiragiku Sect. The Shiragiku Sect takes the spiritual and ritualistic side of Chrysanthemum ideology (and cardamine use) seriously. We have recently been looking for a place to more freely worship Amaterasu and conduct our rituals without interference. The Shiragiku sect has collected the resources for a modular installation in which to construct a shrine to Amaterasu in a quiet corner of the galaxy. Reports from my scout Ayane have led me to believe there are suitable locations for such a modular construction in both Omicron Tau and Tau-37.
We have settled on a remote location in the Tau-37 system, and wanted to request permission to begin construction on the Shiragiku Shrine. The base will be located in sector B3, and will remain a Core 2 or lower. The station's purpose is to house a Shrine to Amaterasu and a community of spiritually-minded Chrysanthemums, so it will remain small. National Council ships will, of course, have docking access to the station.
According to my accountant's calculations, we owe a 25 Million permit fee, and would owe 22.5 Million per month after for a Core 1 base. The Shiragiku sect is prepared to pay the National Council, as soon as we obtain approval.
The Council has approved your request and you may proceed with the construction of the base. Please send the initial fee of 25 million credits to NC-R&D|CID as the current month is already almost over. You are to send the first monthly payment on the 1st of next year and for every successive month on the 1st of that month to the same account.
