It is good to hear that our comrades in a rather far house are showing signs of life, something we need at any time. Your message sounds interesting but lacks a certain grade of information, as for example when this ship will depart to Tomioka. If there is a chance of you getting hands on this information we will be able to plan a more careful strike onto the target. But to show our will to aid comrades in need, we will have a ship or more there to assist you. If it is a single armored transport, we won't have much trouble getting rid of it.

I thank you for the timely response, as such I will make mine with equal haste. We have adopted a similar rank structure to that of the Sirius Coalition in the hopes of eventually emulating your government here in Kusari, as such, you can call me Premier Tarou Kimura.

As Premier of the PPK, I want to make it a point to see to it that my comrades in the Coalition stay informed to the major events in Kusari. The event referenced in the previous message is rather new and unfortunately complicated. We would normally, contact our sympathizers in one of the various undergrounds of Kusari and have them down the transport, but unfortunately, due to the political minefield that is Kusari at the moment with the Imperial Navy and the Naval Forces in a full blown Civil War, the Dragons becoming ever more restless, the ever-unpleasant influence of the Corsairs in the Sigmas and Honshu that isn't an option at this time. With that we are left with but one option, let you know, and hope you can stop the convoy.

What we know:

X-The Convoy is set to leave Yokohama Shipyard, Sometime with in the week.
X-It's expected to move along the Tradelanes into Nagano.
X-It's cargo will contain Weapon's Grade Plutonium which it is believed will be used against hostile forces on Tomioka. While wiping them out it will also endanger the many civilian

What we do not know:

X-What ship class, though we assume Samura is hoping to move a large amount of equipment and will use a Ryuujin. However since we cannot guarantee anything use your own discretion.
X-Internal Defenses. What will be inside? We do not know, but it is a safe bet that some sort of Samura Security team if not a KNF/KSP guard will be on board.
X-External Defense: Though it could be a solo transport moving through space to try to stay under the radar of would be interceptors, it is also entirely possible it could have a several snub escort. We simply do not know.

the information you provided shows that we are going to need a secure way to handle this ship. Therefore we will dispatch a gunboat to your aid, that should be powerful enough to dismantle any kind of transport rather quickly. A destroyer would possibly be too slow to catch the target, so I hope you understand that we cannot dispatch numerous warships for one single transport.
