Honored representatives of the people of the Imperio del Corsario,
my name is Alicia Young, I am representing the Crayer Republic in regards to our foreign activities.
There was a time when our nations had much better relations than they do now, it is our wish to restore the previous status quo. As you know, many years ago we had conducted an expedition to Omicron Lost. Our people had built an outpost there, which had to be evacuated later, as our research times had come under contant attack by Nomad forces.
Some of our researchers have recently developed a high interest in the scientific wonders that can be found within the deep Omicrons, especially while studying the artifacts your Empire exports.
To make it short, we plan to return to the Omicrons, for field studies and we furthermore plan to establish a new outpost, should the situation allow us to. We are also interested in the artifacts the Empire offers.
We will pay well for the artifacts we import from Crete, which however, would require your permission to have access to your docking facilities. We also need to ensure that our people in the Omicrons will not suffer from attacks conducted by your people.
I am offering you a chance to establish a new market for your main economic ressource in exchange for a neutral stance, that hopefully will develop towards a friendship again. What do you think?

Relations, in new light
What a nice moment to poke us, Senora Young. *nods*
Situation changed a lot since our last talk to you Republicans. I must admit you handled things mucho nice against Outcasts at your side. We did what we could on our side and look: they are troubling us no more. But, I must add: we were lucky.
Now power of Galia is knocking at our backyard door. Shall we trust in our luck once again? We can't let Galia to take Cambridge and all the resources vital to us - like cows. And all the goats, caramba! For us it's better if BAF weaklings would keep "guarding" Cambridge, si? We must be smarter this time, Senora Young - and at least try to cooperate. Si... let's start with small things, as you cleverly suggested, Senora.
However, we must solve two important issues first.
1. Our Gaian friends are telling us you are killing natural life at your planet. Our real opinion is that's your own business. But, you see... we need good old Gaians on our side and we really might need your loco plants, plants that you don't need at all! We pushed some efforts in getting some HERE, but unfortunately - we never made any progress. Removing your pests to Crete wastelands would settle many things and improve relations for all three parties. We could even pay for your efforts by offering you our best Artifacts for 538 credits only.
2. And last issue would be your capital ships passing over Gamma. If this happens again, we will have to shoot =CR= tagged ships on sight, from then on. Don't take it personal, por favor, just like I didn't - yet. In case Commander Richard didn't report about this incident, you can use my audio copy, with respect.
[01.01.2018 20:34:16] =CR=FV-Phobos|01: Richard: Greetings, we are just passing through.
[01.01.2018 20:34:17] El.Comisario[TBH]: *long range scanning*
[01.01.2018 20:34:33] El.Comisario[TBH]: by who's authorisation, senor?
[01.01.2018 20:34:45] =CR=FV-Phobos|01: Richard: My own.
[01.01.2018 20:36:31] El.Comisario[TBH]: Wrong answer, senor.
[01.01.2018 20:37:52] El.Comisario[TBH]: Why would such power pass my system like this?
[01.01.2018 20:38:01] =CR=Breakneck,: Admiration, obviously.
[01.01.2018 20:38:02] =CR=FV-Phobos|01: To reach Omicron Delta?
[01.01.2018 20:38:05] El.Comisario[TBH]: And be rude on top.
[01.01.2018 20:38:32] El.Comisario[TBH]: Ok, explain being rude then?
[01.01.2018 20:39:03] El.Comisario[TBH]: Do I cross over your home by MY OWN authorisation, senor?
[01.01.2018 20:39:39] El.Comisario[TBH]: *waiting for an answer*
[01.01.2018 20:39:52] =CR=FV-Phobos|01: Richard: We had no other passage perhaps? I am not really fond of Gallic supporters anyway.

Dear Mr. Ladron,
thank you for your swift reply.
You are indeed correct about the Gallic danger, they are not comparable to the Maltese and you should not rely on your luck against them. Their technology is different to what we were used to ad their sheer numbers are problematic. We have lost control of our home system due to the invasion and had to fight hard in order to restore our control of Tau 44. A lesson we had to learn the hard way.
I am not sure if you are aware of this, but your so called Gaian friends have been our friends in the past. What they apparently forgot to tell you, or simply did not want to see, is that the cities on Yuma are floating. There is nearly no colonization on the land itself, as the plants are simply too dangerous and grow way too fast. Yet the Gaians were attacking us without any reason, as we did not harm the precious trees they like to hug, if anything we mowed the lawn a bit.
To make things worse it seemed as if they also sided with the Gallic invasion force in Bretonia, you should be careful with friends like these. You never know when they betray you and try to stab your back, for example for simply eating a tasty steak.
While I do understand that you would like to use the plants to bring life to wastelands on your planet, I would strongly advise you to reconsider this. These plants are dangerous and you might lose control over them extremely fast, which could endanger everyone on your planet!
If you insist, we will however deliver you as many plants as you wish, though keep in mind that I have warned you and that we can not be made responsible for what happens once they start to grow...
On the other issue, we have not been made aware of this before, be assured that the government of the Crayter Republic does not look kindly on incidents such as this. The Commander in question will be punished accordingly and will likely have to take many shifts of toilet cleaner duty. This will not happen again and I am deeply sorry that it did.

Relations, in new light
Nice to see things are moving in a right direction, Senora Young. Slowly, but surely. *nods*
About our relations with Gaians - time will show. They were making right decisions so far. You will see who will they shoot at, when another baguette tide comes. They are just forced to keep it secret as long as they can. And namely them, the Gaians, we plan to involve for solving Cretan fertility with your loco plants. Show openly your good will in solving enviromental issues. You two will find a way to at least not shoot on each other - or get drowned in the tide rising from el Northwest.
In that matter, send us a load of plant examples, por favor. We will show them our famous Cretan desert hospitality and they will become much more cute. Load of our best Artifacts you will get in return. For =CR= tagged transport, escorted by not more than two fighters, Gamma flight control will grant free passage.
There is no need to get anyone punished, Senora Young. There was no damage made in Gamma, except my face went purple for a moment. We are grown-up people. Just remind your fleet Commanders to not play with Gamma defenses again and keep their pollas in their pants for the real enemy of the Republic.
Muchos gracias,

Dear Mr. Ladron,
we have sent a ship with a number of plants towards Crete, it should arrive soon. In order to ensure, that no suspicion is caused and that there wont be any problems on the way, we will declare them as food rations and pack them into those boxes.
Do not worry, Mr. Richards did not have to suffer too much, but I guess we have to cut down the egos of those Military people every now and then, so that they are reminded that a Republic not only needs muscles, but also a brain.

Dear Mr. Ladron,
attached is a transmission related to the successful delivery of the first batch of Yuma plants.

Good evening gentlemen,
since I used my transport once more and this time for an official matter I think this is the right place to inform you.
My friend and I, he is the pilot of the ISE-Copernikus, made a run for Planet Crete and delivered the first plants of our beautiful Yuma to the Corsairs. To not catch attention the decision was made to store the plants in boxes we normally use to ship food rations. The way to Omicron Gamma and back to Coronado went calm and silent, in other words nothing out of the ordinary happened.
I will see that I keep up the runs until you decide it is enough, oh and we accepted the kind offer to take Artifacts with us. They should support the Republic, maybe. If not they are quite pretty so who cares?
You will hear of me again, either here or over the radio.

We will keep up the deliveries until the Cretan wastelands are green again.
