My name is Prof. Nerva Regis and I have been directed to you by Brandon Wright. While having a discussion near Freeport-11, we talked about improvements that could be done to a Nephilim class ship.
He informed me that although he could help me improve my Jump Drive energy efficiency, if I want to make any improvements to my ship's cloak, you are the person that I should contact.
Although we have never met face-to-face yet, I did hear a lot about your technical capabilities. I know that the IRG has a lot of projects in progress at the moment, would it be able to make space for another one?

Good day Prof. Regis -
Director Wright has indeed clued me in to some of the discussions you two have had recently. Quite the ambitious undertaking for your vessel. Before I delve further into what prerequisites need to be addressed, I would like to inquire as to the nature of the vessel.
Nephilim's are not by any means standard vessels. Built to function as colony ships first and foremost, their standard construction makes customization quite the undertaking. Do you operate the vessel as a colony ship, or have you done modifications already to the interior layout?
Any information you can provide around the vessel in question will allow us to provide you specifics regarding this undertaking. I look forward to your response.

During it' long years of existence, Unity has had its interior modified several times. It has been some time since it served as a mobile colony.
Most of the ship is controlled by my AI, which since it has been with me for such a long time that it's almost family.
Regarding equipment that that has been installed on the ship:
- two docking bays
- one jump drive mk3
- one cloaking device mk2a
- one hyperspace matrix
- one hyperspace scanner mk3
Since I do not really have a place to call home except this ship, I do want to keep all my important assets as close as possible.
A team of engineers is already on the way to observe my power reactors for before dry-docking the ship for Brad's JD upgrades.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Prof. Nerva Regis

Good day Prof. Regis -
Thank for the information on your vessel. What I will request is a team of IRG Engineers examine the vessel during drydock to ascertain the scope of the project. If possible, we will knock two birds out with one stone as the old saying goes.
The problem that faces us is the standard electrical systems in place in the Nephilim vessels. Running the equipment you have already, while perfectly suitable using conventional power systems aboard, will be stretched beyond capacity with some of our proprietary tech that we will be installing. Luckily, this overhaul has been done before on our own Nephilim frame, so we will not have to work from the ground up. The downside will of course be cost.
Before we discuss cost though, I would like to have our engineers provide an estimate on retrofit, at which point we can proceed if suitable for you.
Let me know how you would like to proceed.

I am glad to hear that there is already an Nephilim framework that is suitable for this project. I am currently waiting an estimation of cost from Brad. His team has been aboard my ship for couple of days now.
From my point of view, the sooner your engineers will be able to provide an estimate on retrofit, the faster we could start working on it.

Good day Prof. Regis -
I will actually be speaking with Director Wright shortly, and will have one of the items to be reviewed your project.
The engineers sent to look at your vessel are under Brad, and unfortunately are not of the same team that I would send to look into the best avenue to move forward with your upgraded cloaking device. Once I get word from Director Wright about his report from his engineers, I will see how quickly we can get your vessel drydocked and begin.
What I can provide is a rough estimation of cost. Given our work prior with a complete retrofit, and the upgrades needed for a clocking field generator, you would be looking at a cost of around 500,000,000 credits. That is of course assuming we would need to completely strip the components out and re-construct the generator from the ground up. Once we get a look at your vessel, it may be determined that the cost would be much lower. It would all be contingent on seeing your vessel's inner workings in person.
Either myself or Director Wright will be in contact with you soon for next steps. Safe skies.
