Subject: Omega-3 situation
Yesterday my wing, consisting of Corporal Leon, Ensign Ward and Corporal Strem was deployed in Liberty.
The order came from Captain Leigh, who was commanding the Hetshepsut.
Later Captain Scarlet and operative Johanna Hardcastle joined us.
There's nothing much to report when it comes to our scouting operation in Liberty.
But what happened next is important.
Captain Scarlet headed for Omega-3, claiming that she had received an urgent call.
Later she contacted us and requested assistance. We proceeded to Omega-3 through California, Magellan, Leeds and Cambridge. Once we arrived, we were faced with several Wilde vessels,
which could be classified as gunboats. It turned out that Scarlet had received help request
from Terrance Chamberlain, who also was present.
Only Ward, Leigh and I were able to get to the Omegas to support Scarlet and Chamberlain.
Along with one of the vessels from 63rd we proceeded to the battlefield.
But we were not fighting the threat on our own. The BAF forces tried to assist us, however it seemed
that they were not prepared to face such a threat. Even some of our own ships were destroyed.
Hopefully, the Hetshepsut was there to retrieve the escape pods.
The Hessians were of great assistance, though. Gunther Hoerst and some of his men were around,
and they were on our side. Their presence has turned the tide to our favour. We managed to make the Wilde retreat and kept following the vessels, trying to terminate them. Some Zoners also assisted us.
The last of them managed to make another jump. But we stayed on his tail, and this is how it ended up. Corona
Then we detected some Nomads in the system, and of course we tried to purge them. But "Labraids" are
very fast, and all I could do is try to take their shields down. Hoerst also realised that the battle could be endless,
so we moved out of the system. One of our operatives managed to vaporize one Labraid, though.
Our team returned to Minor safely, nothing else to report.
